Tania Rivers' open mind and heart have fostered amazing growth and healing for my wife and I through a brutally tough period of time. Tania's approach to counselling is that of a gifted psychotherapist with many decades of experience. My wife and I feel completely comfortable sharing our thoughts and feelings with Tania. She offers a degree of insight which I have never seen from any health professional. I have an extremely tough time trusting people but Tania quickly earned my trust. My trust in Tania has thrust my goal of self improvement and evolution into high gear without feeling at all stressful. It actually feels exhilarating. I have finally developed a healthy sense of pride due to Tania's guidance and kindness towards us. She has taught me to be kind to myself which in turn has made me a kinder person to everyone in my life. My wife and I would not have made it through the past six months without Tania's assistance. We will always be grateful for Tania's open ear and unwavering commitment to helping us be happier and healthier. Thank you Tania, I see a very bright future for you in this field if you choose to continue down this path. For the sake of the community, I hope very much that you choose to continue working with people who need a helping hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natasha is for sure one of the best therapist I've ever met.
The whole experience of looking for a therapist that works is a challenging process. However, I am so glad I found her, she has given me so much motivation to achieve goals I was reluctant of follow through with due to the anxiety of failure.
Really listening to understand, I would say is her super power.
Also unafraid to talk about the challenging subjects that most therapist would shy away from.
Natasha will work with you at your pace, and is very understanding of your unique life challenges and experience.
If your looking for counsel with empathy and tailor made solutions to help you succeed look no further.
It take work and the openness to face yourself, If your ready to face your in person then this is the place to unlock your traumas and find ways to have them no longer cripple you but empower you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Tania has been an AMAZING journey. She has managed to help me out of a dark state of mind and have given me the tools and resources needed to stay on the lighter path. She is definitely OUTSTANDING at what she does. Her personality makes her so easy to talk to. I don't feel like I'm seeing a therapist when I'm there and she doesn't make me feel like I'm just another file.

Every session she motivates me to improve myself in all aspects of my life. She is really amazing at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone who is going through a tough time; I know she helped me through mine. I have also had a few group sessions with Natasha who is also an amazing therapist!

After a few months, I disclosed that I felt stagnant with our sessions and she was flexible and accommodating and she introduced me to EMDR. EMDR with Tania's guidance and support has been integral to my healing - helping me explore childhood trauma in a safe space. Her willingness to adapt and unwavering compassion in each session is impactful.
Tania is a gift and I would recommend her to everyone! She is truly there to serve each individual in a way that suits them best. I can't say enough positive things and so thankful to have found her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anchoridge counselling has been amazing! I have worked with Tania for some time now and she has helped me tremendously. She is extremely patient and kind. I don't know where I would be without her. She is always wiling to try new therapy techniques in addition to talk therapy like EMDR. I have done multiple therapy session with her using EMDR to tackle many issues and I always feel so much better after each session. She walked me through the whole process and made sure I always comfortable and at ease when the session was over. I can't thank her enough for all the time and work she has put into helping me. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! My sessions were with Jackie and she was so helpful and provided extremely useful tools and resources to promote mindfulness in my everyday life. She's so funny and really easy to get along with, making the whole experience incredibly comfortable and easy. I highly recommend Anchoridge (and Jackie if you can get her) if you want to start therapy in a super welcoming environment!!
