My husband, Scott, went to the store yesterday. He was beeming when he came home. He said Randy was a fantastic guy. He was knowledgable and very friendly. He got what he went there for and a little more, at an amazing price I might add. My husband will definitely be back!

In my honest opinion on this place, their mangement on service is poor. Their techs are great and their communication need extreme work. Sure if you decided to come by to check out something they advertised for to be let down that its been sold. This is the place for you. This is my experiences with their service; Decided to bring my bike here back in april early as it needed a starter clutch, based on my diagnostics. Service told me since they are an authorized dealer they can do over night shipping for parts. Perfect i decided they could get my bike in an out and start riding. Since it was out of my technical knowledge, figured i would drop it off with them to rediagnose and replace the the parts accordingly. As well as do some maintenance and tires Told me they would be able to look at it for a week so i gave them time, following up two weeks later to inquire if they have done anything. I was told that tire would be in until wednesday. Called again thursday to be told that the bike will be ready friday. Showed up the following monday to find out where my bike is, said that they are working on the carb and havent looked at the starter. Told them i wanted the bike back before the 13th of may. Decided to pay for the tires and install, under the impression those were done. Ready to take the bike away and replace the starter clutch myself. But left my faith in their shop. Come the week before i wanted my bike back they call me and tell me it needs a starter clutch and gasket.. As I suspected. I only waiting 4 weeks for them to confirm the starter clutch and order the parts. Called the next afternoon to see if there was progress on the starter. Was informed over night shipping on aftermarket parts not OEM. The week ended of the 13th, called on the tuesday to see where my bike was knowing the starter clutch, carb and tires would be coming to an end. They told me the tires are just being mounted. Which i had already paid for assuming it was done. Recieved my bike tuesday, they informed me of other issues and told me they never touched the carbs only put tires on, changed the starter clutch and gasket. Took them 5 weeks to confirm what i told them was wrong with the bike. Only for me to fix the other problems with the bike. Glad i made it to the event i was planning on going to, but scrambled to clean the carbs which i requested.

Had an unbelievable experience over the phone recently. When Inquiring about a product, the gentlemen whom I spoke to was not helpful in any way. I wasn't even given a name to point out which individual I was speaking to either. He was rude and had a very mean demeanor. It sounded like he was having a bad day or something so I shrugged it off. We all have bad days but why take it out on your customers trying to purchase from you? In the end I didnt even get an answer from them regarding my inquiry, Just a pointless conversation. I will never again call back or take my business here again. I recommend you don't waste your time coming here for something either.

5 stars, 100%! Long story short; You will be hard pressed to find a better shop owner (Randy) in South western Ontario. Over my half a dozen dealings with Randy it's evident his passion lies in the sport of riding, and seeing the public/customers enjoying the sport, over profits/margins/quotas etc. I recently visited Tri-City to purchase a sport bike, when I got there I came to find out the unit I had set my mind on had just been sold :( It's as if Randy could see the disappointment in my eyes, he invited me into his office for a chat. He asked some important questions about how and where I ride. We established that a naked sport is likely better suited to my needs. He offered me an amazing deal on a 1000cc naked sport, an offer that couldn't be refused. I bought the bike, and now after putting 700km on it, I am so happy I got this bike over the sport bike. Shout out to Randy and the entire Tri-City team. Mr. Elmira

Absolute best place to get Polaris, Suzuki & Yamaha machines, parts or service. This has been my dealer for 25+ years. Great group of Motorsport enthusiasts here. Randy is the best. What other place can you go to and deal with the owner right away?
