★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate them a zero. Went there for a ignition coil and spark plug wires. They didn't have a coil nor would they test it. They sold we spark plug wires with the wrong ends and would NOT REFUND MY MONEY cause it was a electrical product even though it WAS there mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute best shop in ontario. My grandfather used to buy parts from Zdeno 40 years ago and once i started riding again it was the first shop i went to to get my Triumph on the road. Chris is outstanding and proffessional and i'm sure she got frustrated with me at times...lol. Its the only shop i will deal with and hopefully Zdeno will continue to be around for another 40 years. Highly recommend and keep up the great work.

I needed an internal engine part on a saturday, the techs pulled the engine on a scrap bike while i waited. Zdeno always going above and beyond for there customers!
