★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person running the store hasn't bothered to put any prices on any of the products that he sells so he's known for making up prices on the spot.
I also found that despite clearly not being interested in the customer service spiel he insisted on being very attentive and I wasn't very excited about this.
He seems very knowledgeable and ready to share his knowledge with you but I've heard many mixed reviews about the guy. Just be aware of what you're getting into and know what the price should be before you enter otherwise your experience will be hit or miss.
Haggling and scamming customers is not okay setting prices based on your mood is total nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in for the first time at the recommendation of a few friends, really fantastic experience. Probably the best selection of retro games, accessories and memorabilia I've ever seen in a game shop. The owner really knows his stuff and was super helpful when recommending items; no pressure to buy at all, and fair with his prices. I can definitely see how some people might dislike the disorganization of the store, but I found it endearing and exciting to look through the huge piles of games! If you're looking for a place to start your retro collection be sure to check this place out, and bring some games to trade!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at store outside when JamesMe showed up, owner was taking care of our business outside as store is not open. Owner was very polite to that gentleman but he seemed angry. Owner offered to help him and was friendly but you can’t please everyone. Provided nice service in my dealings.

I was disappointed about the hours of operation by this store only being 4 hours on Saturdays but I sent them a message on Facebook asking for the game I wanted and they got back to me in a day and gave me the opportunity to pick up the game on a Monday. This store has some valuable sought after games. I give 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a Pokemon GO Plus and was instantly met with friendly and helpful customer service which was a refreshing experience. The selection for Pokemon Bracelets was a bit on the sparse side but I definitely recommend this store for the nostalgic feel and look, the friendly staff is a total bonus that I wouldn't passup either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to have a local vintage game store in the area!They provided a very detailed explanation of products, pricing with extensive photographs which make it sometimes easier than browsing in store at this time. They also have a very interesting and unique selection as we found some Sega Dreamcast accessories and vintage artbooks. Prices are fair and it's convenient to not worry about shipping, especially for some of the harder to find products.
