Lots and lots of toys. The video game section is quite small. You can find most of the popular toys and brand name stuff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that almost half of the store is 'Babies R Us'. Still, it's nice to still have a Toys 'R Us around!

The store is dingy, the stock is iffy, selection is similar to Walmart, prices are higher than Walmart or Amazon. And now they don't price match any longer and won't exchange without a receipt (gift). Won't be shopping at Toys R Us anymore. The Guelph store (new/different concept) is at least a pleasant experience.

Rob, the baby manager, made our visit there today unforgettable. He really cares about his customers and for that we are extremely grateful. Thank you Rob, for all your help!Toys/Babies R Us, give this man a raise!

Andrea, Candice and Bob- baby’s section always helpful, friendly. I am first time parent and their contribution is so much helpful to me. Helped me understand clearly. Took their time to explain things. Others in store don’t , they tend to disappear. Cashiers are always smiling and energetic. Customer service never disappoints as well. Keep up the good work. Store is always neatly organized. 1- star less for people who do not like to help customers and hide.

I bought the Arcade 1 pacman large Joystick for my sons 11 yr old birthday,,,the joystick did not work properly it has a 1.5second lag when you go to use it NOT like any game device I ever used. We had a few kids try it at his birthday and they lost every game quickly, so did I. Was worst toy I ever bought. I took it back in original packaging and they would only give me store credit. First the product was defective, used it once, so out $92.00 I tried to purchase a Playstation 1 Classic ed with my Gift card onlineToyRUS.CA My son knows video games are very addictive especially the new ones made with advertising and bloat software SO he was really excited get his first gaming system. Only, I bought the last one at Thornhill, so would have drove 1.5hrs to get it for him. The next day I get an email from ToysRUS customer service saying they cancelled part of my order, forget the PS1 Classic removed from my order. They wanted me to pickup the board game I purchased 2nd item of order only. Why would I drive 1.5hrs when I can pickup from the Kitchener store. I was really angry, and tried to reach out to Customer service, but they don't reply and deleted my Customer Review of the Joystick...what lousy Corporate customer service, and never going to buy anything again there, not even an apology. Having wrong inventory numbers on your website is wack, so basically they don't care about the customer Except to send me some scripted half heartened apology reply email, probably is happening to other customers. How to I explain that to too my 11 year old, basically life is becoming very unfair, when greed trumps customer service, they got my 92$ and nothing I want to buy at ToysR Us. Thanks for reaching out ToyR Us after 3 repeated attempts, this is the last one and I am not taking this review down, because its the truth.

I had an issue with an e-gift card (completely my fault) from almost a year and a half ago. Due to COVID shutdowns and having a young baby, I didn’t call to rectify the issue until now. Eileen (I hope I’ve spelled it right!) the customer service manager went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with my situation. Multiple calls and updates and she was able to get me a replacement gift card within a day! I am so impressed with the customer service I received. Also, shout out to Rob in the baby registry department for remembering me and assisting Eileen with information to help get my gift card reissued! Great job Toys r us Kitchener!!

Rob at customer service was great! Picked up online order and also had a refund. Store was very busy with the Christmas book out for 2021.
