Not only was Dan extremely nice and helpful and checked availability of several items for me, he fulfilled the order quickly and shipped in within a day or two. We just received the order and it was packaged so well that even though the box was tossed AT our door by Canada Post (despite the box being marked fragile and the words "do not bump" being on the box), the items inside were in perfect condition. Thanks for helping us grow our collection! Definitely recommend B&K Collectibles!

First impressions of BK collectables was absolutely amazing! With a huge variety of collectable figures, great and timely shipping. The one thing that sets them apart from anyone else for customer service is them taking the time to reach to their customers to say thank you!
Truly a great experience with phenomenal customer service, Above all else it’s great to support a Canadian based company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered pop dolls for my daughter for curbside pick up. Im surprised at some of the comments on here the owner has an attitude? Really? Having had many lengthy conversations with him, I find that incredibly hard to believe. The prices are reasonable and I like the bundle deals. Better selection that what you will find at EB games or Hot Topic as well.
The no parking comment.....theres a whole lot directly across the road, which is where I parked every single time I did a pick up. Plus the street parking (back when the store was in Cambridge). Never once did i have to go searching for a spot.
Overall, awesome store, I look there first for ones my daughter is looking for. Its moved to kitchener now which is a bit further away now but I will still be a customer because I've appreciated the selection and the profession and personal treatment I have got when visiting

I'm extremely happy for you for what you have accomplished and continue to accomplish. Everytime I drop in, it's always a blast to reminisce about old times. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered some pops here all the way from Calgary. The attention to detail and care that was put into the packaging of the pops in the box was amazing. I've ordered pops from various places before and have been impressed with packaging before but this was the best I've ever seen. No way figures/boxes would be damaged unless Postal service was being extremely reckless. Prices were fair for older, harder to find stuff. Highly recommend.
