★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Got my dead ipad repaired. Pickup from home is done once appointment and issue is entered on their website. Complete update received on WhatsApp and email. Fixed item finally delivered home. Apple does not provide repair for ipads. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone recently stopped working after being power surged so I assumed it would never work again. Figuring I would try anyway, I gave these guys a call after seeing their ad when googling cellphone repair shops. They were the first place to show up and when I called them they said I should bring it in so they can find out for sure if it was actually irreparable. After getting this news, I decided to stop at a different repair shop that was closer to my neighbourhood and the man there would not even look at it, even after I told him another shop would. He insisted it was done for so I brought it here since they seemed to be my only hope. After dropping it off, I decided to look through reviews on this place out of curiosity. So many bad reviews made me instantly regret my decision from all the stress caused by the poor reviews.
After a day or two, they got back to me informing me it was a motherboard issue and it would have to be repaired. They quoted a price and told me it would take a couple days. The next day, they surprised me with the news that it was finished earlier than expected. When I went in, it was the same price they quoted on the phone and working perfectly with all my data still on it! I assumed that fixing/replacing a motherboard would erase everything, but it was in tiptop shape!
I’m so grateful for these guys and am very surprised by the plethora of low star reviews. My suggestion is to not pay attention to those bad ratings and simply be kind to the people who work on your devices and I’m sure you’ll be treated with the same respect.
Thank you KW Cellular for saving me hundreds of dollars on needing to buy a new phone and saving my precious phone memory!
