Vita Lounge and Bistro

Would definitely recommend trying this restaurant. Beautiful patio setting and great service. Our server was very helpful in helping us decide on things to try. The calamari was a great starter. The gnocchi were AMAZING! The sauce was delicious and the texture was just cooked to perfection. The Prosciutto pizza was also great! Crispy yet soft and moist with all the toppings. Everything was brought to the table hot! Also loved the attention the owner took to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves. Will absolutely return to Vita.

Tonight I went to Vita for the first time and I must say it's one of the best restaurants in KW. I tried the calamari and shrimp appetizer, it's the best app I've had in a long time. The calamari and shrimp was full of flavour. I also tried the caprese salad and it was delicious. For the main entre, I tried the Spaghetti and Lobster. It was amazingly delicious. For dessert, I had the Nutella Tiramisu and there's no better to compliment such a delicious meal than with this light and tasty dessert. The service was great and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back to try the rest of the menu.

This place has the greatest tasting food. I'm here with 4 of us and everyone is very happy with the food. Also the server Richard was amazing. It is a place I will definitely be coming back to.

Yep do yourself a "flavor" and go there. Honestly the food is amazingly good and hands down some of the best take on Italian in the area. The kitchen kicks it out fresh and right.The bar menu is really advanced and super interesting. Richard, and the waitresses x2 both amazing, are top notch period. The bar tender/mixologist is on point. The room is nice and modern and well laid out . Never had any issues quick, responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly. We have been a few times and looking forward to some patio evenings.

From the time we were greeted to the point we paid our bills, it was an experience. Stress of the outside world melted away as we were taken into another world inside Vita. The giant murals of gardens and buildings on half the walls and flashy modern art work and finishes around the rest of the place immediately set the tone. The drinks came out and I had a Sazarac. If I'm going to judge a place on a drink. Sazaracs are like beef dips, it's a standard I know. Vita mixed up a real tasty one. It was rich and boozy. Not watered down in any way. Played right into the atmosphere and experience. We were presented with a literal SHARK-hootery board. Complete with half a lobster, lbs of calamari, shrimp and muscles...and cold cuts and cheese. But LOBSTER AND MUSCLES! WHAAAAA?! Fish was all perfect. Nothing overdone. Chef has SKILLS. not just saying that. Shrimp and calamari was breaded and fried, temp was spot on. Lobster literally melted on your mouth and the house dip was a decent, subtle cut for the richness of the seafood. Margarita Pizza came out next. The dough is clearly done in house and is a great crisp/fluffy texture. Sauce/cheese and basil were well balanced and despite the picture showing not much cheese, every piece had a decent cheese pull! Dessert, MMM, mmmm, MMM! I could eat those cakes all day! (I love cake.) The house made dessert pizza is an amazing and unique dessert. Sweet pizza dough with chocolate and fresh fruit. Honestly, was one of the best nights out in a loooong while. Really good to get out, and the hospitality-focused service that's obvious from the second you walk in the doors- really creates a relaxing enjoyable, upscale (but not pretentious) atmosphere. Food was memorable and prices were reasonable!

We had a Wonderful experience at Vita lounge and bistro during their Latin dance night! Our server Julie, was extremely attentive and took very good care of us. The food was delicious, the ambiance was great! The live Latin swing orchestra and dancing was so much fun. All-around great experience, would definitely go again. Well done vita team!

Friendly staff, great dining room atmosphere, slow service. Came here on a quiet Tuesday evening for dinner at 7:15pm, apart from one other table, we were the only people here, appeared one server on duty. Ordered 2 drinks, a starter and 2 mains. Time between ordering and starter arriving on table was 25 minutes.... in an empty restaurant. $21 charcuterie board was disappointing, it consisted of a fairly good portion of deli meats, but then only 2 types of cheese, one of which appeared to be simply Black Diamond cheddar cheese which I found quite shocking given the price. Board also came with deep fried pizza dough for the bread (which was great) and some olives. There were no pickles, nuts, veggies or fruit included. Wouldn't order this one again. Worth noting the presentation was great though! The mains were excellent, ordered 2, Rigatoni al Pesto and Cordon Bleu. The rigatoni was a generous portion with excellent presentation (a common theme here) and tasted excellent. 5 out of 5, delicious! The chicken cordon bleu was again excellently presented on the plate and came with exceptionally great vegetables, the fingerling potatoes and asparagus stood out especially for me. Turned out that the asparagus was home-grown by one of the staff and it was great to have enjoyed the fruits of their garden. 5 out of 5 and would definitely order this again. I can see this place being great when its busy as it has a cocktail-lounge kind of vibe and would be a great spot when it was buzzing. The starter was really poor for what it cost, but the mains were excellent. The service I felt should have been faster especially given we were literally 1 of only 2 tables there when we went. Staff were very friendly and overall I'd go back again.

Came to an event last night here and it was amazing! It was the Latin swing orchestra live with a dj on their down time and it was so much! We all had a blast, and those that drank had no problems, especially because the service was excellent they would come to us and clear our bar table and really made sure we were good all night. It was an amazing night and we hope they have something opened like this again. I can't say much about food because we just came for the event but now that we know they exist we will be coming to dine to check it out, as soon as we do I'll put it the review again. ?
