D	Dee lynn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is always good. The guy who took our order wore his mask under his nose. The girl helping with our food was good. Kept her hands clean, gloved and masked. Thought we were clear. Then the guy who took our order, brought the onion rings to the tray, ungloved and half masked. Touching his hair, mask regularly. Someone please deal with these workers around food. They need to be taught about sanitation and sanitary actions. GROSS!! I don't think I'll be back during covid.

I always have a bad experience at the 410 King St Waterloo Harvey's location since they only half-fill the poutine box. B	Beauty Secrets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went around 9:45 pm tonight. This guy always refuses to give Fish Sandwich. I don’t why but whenever he is not at location I get fish sandwich but when he is here I never get. He said Fish Sandwiches are not served here any more. Management is this the case? Please let me know as I went to King St location to grab fish sandwich which was available.

Everytime we used to go this location from the back we used to get the service but today at 10:51 PM when I came from the front side the employees on the drive thru saw me and hid themselves inside. I just got my order from the MacDonald. I'm glad they were open. Worst Harvey's location don't go there. Employees doesn't want to work.

They were excellent for customer service and even tho we waited on the side for our food they were very quick and everything was correct. I will definitely be using this location for my harveys craving just wanna say thank you to the team working when I went around 545 pm on January 21 2022. Keep up the amazing work
P	Peter L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harvey's makes a hamburger a beautiful thing......although this is my second choice for burgers it is a very close second. This one on Fairway Rd is really good. This particular time I was 3rd in line but still had my food in under 10 minutes. The staff are amazing.

The driver was there for a long time, so we assumed it was fresh made, but everything was stone cold to touch through to the middle. It was such a turn off I left 3/4 of my meal. I don't know what happened because it was so good last time. We won't be able to order from there for a long time.... Until the yuck factor fades away

With 14.99 CAD coupon I was offered a combo i.e. 2 burgers ,one with double patty ,2 large drinks and choice of 2 sides, onion rings or fries .? They allowed Dine-in with vaccination verification. The restaurant was tidy and the staff was courteous..No lines up..☺️ Thank you Harvey team!!
