The online ordering is not convenient at all.. they loacte the pick up at the very end of the store. Forcing you to walk through the store regardless, then only 1 person working at the counter when there is 2 cashier's at the front not doing anything. Would had been faster to pick the items up myself, and go through checkout.

The only 5 stars is due to an employee named Uday. I wasn’t a great fan of this store or the staff but we just visit this still sometimes since its near our house. My recent visit was great and I would love to go back to this store again and again to make any purchases and would look for Uday. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He was almost at the end of his shift when we visited but he didn’t make us rush our decisions and we took our time. He gave demos whenever required and provided us with various options regarding our purchase. He’s a great example of customer service. Thank you Best Buy for hiring such a wonderful person.

at Best Buy 215 Fairway Rd Kitchener, Parth is the salesman you want to go for. He understands the requirement of the customer and knows exactly what he is selling - its pros and cons are by default you may expect; he even struggles to satisfy you for best price as well. He spent time looking for my item in the other stores and tried to negotiate the deal he was trying to offer and finally went to his own store's warehouse to find what I needed because other stores did not approve the deal. Fully satisfied customer!

See the machine see the price and took it to counter You know what its wrong tag and machine we wont honour the tag. Because the machine is different and any customer can change the tags and take away the expensive product. So i said its your job to fix these errors but no. Steven the sale floor lead said they wont honour the tag… I used to work at best buy and our managers always honoured tags because its their mistake if wrong tag is there.. Im going to complaint to their corporate aswell.

I went to the store yesterday to buy up a headphone. The service I got from Sales representative was fantastic. I believe his name was Alen, who gave us all the info we needed to buy the right one. No judging, no pushing and so knowledgeable. He did a great job

My mother attended yesterday March 28/22, managed to get one staff member out of 12 who were standing around intentionally avoiding her. (This is what we can expect From new comers to our country )Mom is elderly, had numerous open heart surgeries and I believe Ahmed was his name , told her when she requested a carry out β€œ No, it’s too cold outside, do it yourself.” Nice… Real nice what profession and customer satisfaction… Not!

Brought my laptop in for one replacement hinge at approximately 130pm. Tech that I was speaking with advice that it's relatively common for the hinges to go and they do it often. Tech did a thorough check over of the laptop. no scratches no cracks on the screen .He went over very thoroughly with his flashlight. It was signed in needing ONE replacement hinge and the plastic bezel placed back underneath. The laptop did not turn on as it had not been charged in a few days. I did use it prior to bringing it in. I then received a phone call just before 9 PM the same day . The tech advised that my screen was now cracked some of my data had been lost as well as they will not be reparing my laptop . I was shocked and quite angry to hear that over 7 hours later there is now magically damage. And all while my laptop was in their possession!! I now have a cracked screen as well as lost data and they will refuse to repair the laptop that I brought in solely to repair a plastic hinge! (That common issue as per the Tech.) I returned the next day, which was black Friday and spoke to a different tech who became dismissive and patronizing as well as advised me that I was the one that had caused the additional damage to my laptop while it was in possession of Best Buy.. Um,what??!! I was advised that I was required to sign acknowledging that my property was returned in satisfactory condition. I was told I would not be receiving it back unless I did . I refused and advised I would call police. I stated that my property was returned in worse condition than when I brought it in. I also asked for the number for corporate head office and was advised to look it up myself on the website. Shameful. I have now potentially lost extremely important legal files as well as personal photos and such I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED. In addition, I had someone come out to my home (Marcus Roe) to recommend new appliances as well to add some security features . He advised that it would be a day or two when he would send the packages I could choose from. . Months later I haven't heard a peep. I guess they didn't want my business. For the record this was well before the laptop issue

I bought this online and it arrived in this way and after we told the store they tell us you must send an email and you have to wait 3 days for a response Is this reasonable and they do not replace it because I bought it online unfortunately only I did not expect that I paid an amount In order to get high, and in the end they say you have to wait. How can this happen with a large store? Unfortunately, I was very frustrated with you and this transaction.
