U	Umer Rasheed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attendants are so slow, sad and greasy that I cannot imagine. They literally look like the saddest people to walk on the face of Earth. The service is so slow that if I hadn’t paid in advance I would have walked out!

We left getting a costume until Sunday morning and we were skeptical about getting a costume for our 21 month old granddaughter......believe it or not we got there and there was one left in her size. It was a witch costume and although it said $39.95 we were going to buy it. We got to the cash register and WHAT THE HECK?????!!!!!! With tax it came to $9.88!!!!!! Anyway we were so happy with it and she looked great in it.

Katelyn is the type of employee that businesses should cherish and promote. She puts the customer first and that’s what prompted me to write this review. Thank you Katelyn!!
S	Stephanie Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a balloon bouquet for my daughter's birthday, but I was pretty disappointed. 2 balloons popped the same day, and the others began to droop the following day. Last year I got a similar bouquet from an independent party store and none popped and they lasted over 4 days before they started to droop. My guess is it's a matter of experience. The staff at party city seemed much less experienced than the staff at the independent party store.

I learned that Party City website isn't updated, the product quantity on their website doesnt reflect the quantity they have in stores. Make sure to call them first to check. So I started calling the stores/branch before buying. Found some in this store and asked the sales person to hold it for the day for pick-up. Sales person said okay and got my name. Fast forward to the afternoon when my dad came to pick it up from Toronto and they said they don't have it on hold. -_- Good thing they still had it on the shelves...
J	Julie Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to the store and ordered balloons for my sons’ birthday (7 balloons total). The staff members that helped were very kind and helpful. I picked the balloon up the Saturday morning of the party and by the time the party ended (5 hours later) all but 1 balloon no longer floated. For $35 for a balloon bouquet (which alone is outrageous), I would expect the balloons to last longer than 5 hours. Super upset as we frequent Party City! I went to the dollar store the next weekend, bought more balloons for a fraction of the cost and they are all still floating 1.5 weeks later. Needless to say I will not be returning to Party City!

I like particularly that I was getting some balloons for the actual day of my son's birthday ? but I wanted to use the same balloons a few days later for the party with his friends. They re-inflate with helium again at no cost.

There’s things you can get for party favors, a huge selection of balloons, napkins, cups, random decor, milestone birthdays, various colors of bowls and other plastic dishes, confetti, milk chocolate edible candles, gift bags, party games, sports themed stuff, plushies, and so much more. Seriously so much here. Some shelving spots are empty so I wonder what would be there normally. Not very busy. Would be cool if they had some sort of sustainable program they ran for their items as I imagine a lot of people treat these as one-time use as they are for specific events, but some items could definitely be reused and then maybe offered at a discount.
