For example we ordered an online order and they called us to see if we wanted the balloons that came with our order filled on day of pick up, this type of service means soo much to customers. This store as well is dangerous as i always find something to buy in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ONE of the clerks was very helpful, the other acted as if she couldn't see or hear me ask her three times for assistance. But they did in fact have the bubbles I was looking to find. The fish bubble shooter broke on the very first squeeze. Heay, it's only soap bubbles, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got 2 bouques of balloons on Thursday. They were barely keeping themselves in the air by Friday evening and we found them on the floor Saturday morning. $85 for a day of use? I buy balloons from Party City every year and easily get a week from them every time. Called the store just to get told that the store policy is 24 hours, goodbye. Sorry, what? What's the point to spend more at Party City if I can go to a dollar store and get balloons for way cheaper if the quality is not guaranteed? This was the last time I bought something here.
