C	Celia Payne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farm Boy Kitchener: consistent in cleanliness and friendly & helpful staff. So consistent that I look forward to stopping in when we are nearby. The produce is fresh, abundant and of a great quality. There are always organic options, which are easily identified and everything seems logically sorted, which makes locating things quick. Store brand items also provide shoppers with great alternatives and reasonable price points. And in addition to great shelved items, this location boasts a large ready (food) /take-away area. There are so many varieties of salads and soups and hot and cold table items, that you could easily put together a healthy meal /snack, in no time. There is an in-store bakery and stir-fry section, and after you have selected your fave ingredients/dishes or items, you can immediately enjoy them, in the 'kitchen table' area (in-store seating area, complete with restrooms, microwave, condiments and utensils). (There is also seasonal outdoor seating, but it is quite proximal to the parking lot.) There are a lot of things to love about this location and the staff; and if you are free on Saturday mornings, Kids can hang out /meet a store mascot!

This is by far the WORST Farm Boy I’ve ever shopped at and because of this horrible experience and rude staff, I will never be shopping at this franchise ever again. The people who work here are so incredibly rude and also prejudice and discriminatory. I also watched someone who is an EMPLOYEE literally cut in front on myself and two other customers in line, just to check himself out. He was so disgustingly rude and was smirking about it after. Worse off, the cashier checking him out said nothing. Then the cashier I had, Yasmina, was grossly rude as well. She proceeded to toss almost all of the fragile items I bought, breaking and bruising items in the process. She then turned her back and started gossiping with the cashier next to her, without even telling me the order total, or even that I could use the machine, as she had ZERO interaction with me and did the same thing with the customers she checked out before me. Not to mention that when I tried calling the store manager after leaving, the guy who answered the phone refused to tell me who the regular store manager is. It’s just a bunch of rude, entitled kids who have no sense of customer service, or even just basic human decency. Good job at getting people to never shop there again and making them decide to the millions of other great groceries stores there are in the area.

Staff all wearing masks and gloves. They changed their gloves between pizzas.... Very hygienic.... Thanks for keeping us all safe... My children loved the fresh Sushi.... Much better than other grocery stores that compete in this space...

These spring rolls are so blunt in taste, no salt, no chillies, no flavours. All you taste is the sweet vermicelli and veggies. These were supposed to be starters but tasted like sweet dish.

When it comes to going the extra distance and making your shopping experience easy and memorable … they excel. “ It’s more than about the food” should be their slogan.

They have old prepared foods sitting out for a long time, visibly getting old and stale. For the prices this store charges they need to do better. There are better, cheaper, private grocers in our community who provide better selection and service.

v	vj Hammond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love farm boy. The best freshest produce and meat. They have the best mushrooms and the deli counter and baked goods are super. The staff are always happy and friendly and knowledgeable. It's worth paying a little more for veggies that are always fresh, not drenched with water and mouldy. It's a great place to get excellent stir fries and delicious soups.
