The delivery persons were very good and professional. Their electronic tracking of delivery made it easy to anticipate their coming at the appointed time slot.

This weekend I went to Leon’s as they were having a sales event and I met Sales Associate, Valerie P. Valerie P was knowledgeable, helpful and personable. She patiently answered all of my questions and her customer service was fantastic. The products, pricing and Valerie P’s attentiveness helped to make the experience outstanding and I purchased the 3 appliances I wanted! Thank you Valerie and Leon’s.

He was knowledgeable not only on the product, but also was able to help me organize delivery and check out quickly and efficiently. Based on his customer service, I will definitely be returning. The bed is gorgeous and easily assembled as well!

In stock, not in stock etc. She made us feel welcomed and no pressure sales tactics. Best sales experience by far at Leon's in Guelph. No rushing the sale even though the store closed while doing the paperwork. I'll review the sectional in 2 to 4 weeks.
D	Dianne Speaker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware! This company absolutely does not honour their 60 day price guarantee - and will ignore all emails regarding it. Placed an order at the end of February and a few weeks ago (still had not even received the order at this point) noticed that the price of my items was about $100 less, so I sent an email to their customer service asking for a partial refund or even store credit. This was well within the 60 day price guarantee period. My email was ignored for several days, until the sale I saw was over, and I was told that it was no longer at that price, too bad. I sent them screenshots of the items on sale and asked them to verify that I had sent the original email during the sale. They never responded. I followed up again and still never heard back. I reached out to their main customer service email, since I had originally been dealing with their Kitchener location and was still ignored. So unprofessional and deceptive.
