Luckily for us, we got Vinny as our salesman and he was really awesome. My husband put him to work finding us this size fridge and that feature. Vinny lead us around the showroom quickly and within an hour we had found the perfect fridge. He listened to what we needed and was able to work it into the budget and even tossed in some extras as well! Despite all of the shortages, shipping issues and snow storm we received our sweet a$$ fridge only 4 days later! Vinny called to check up and make sure the delivery went smooth- which it totally did. The whole experience was simple, easy and seamless.

We came into the Brick and were greeted by Jag, one of the best sales professionals I’ve ever met. As my profession is in sales as well this is a very important aspect in my buying experience, how is the sales rep looking after my needs. Jag was very attentive to what we were looking for and gave us a solution and price we could not say no to. In fact we spent more money with Jag then our original purchase at the previous appliance store. As for the delivery and regular updates from the Brick as to when we will be receiving our items, all were accurate and professional. Vineet helped us find the correct bed according to our preference. He was very helpful . With his amazing customer experience on our first visit, we bought appliances, furniture for living & office rooms later on. Kristine was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. When I needed a new washer & dryer I knew I would go back to the Brick! Found what I wanted on their website, called the store with a question...was able to be put through to Kristine, who not only answered all my questions but completed my purchase over the phone!!! My new appliances are being delivered and installed in 3 days!! I just doesn't get any better than this....Great products & terrific service!! Thanks Kristine ?
