★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some items online to be picked up at the Cambridge location and also bought some items in store. Everything went smooth, Ronald the manager went above and beyond to help me get all my order sorted out and made sure all items were available for pickup on the agreed date. Strongly recommend this store. I am getting everything else I need for my reno from them without any doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renovations are stressful enough in my mind. I went into the Cambridge location to look at purchasing a vanity, sink, linen cabinet and medicine cabinet. After looking at the floor models we picked out the one we thought would look best in our bathroom. I spoke to Fatina to ensure that when purchased it came assembled and was assured it did. Awesome we ordered it and waited for the phone call it was in for pick up. My hubby went to pick up and when he got home he said "this is like Ikea. You have to build it" I told him no ot was to be assembled and went out to the van to find flat boxes. I immediately called Fatina and explained she has told me it would be assembled. She put me on hold and then came back and said "sorry my mistake, I thought they were." I said I would bring it back for them to assemble and was told they didn't have anyone there that could assemble it but it's very easy. After some discussion my choice was bring it back and pick out a different one or find someone to assemble it for me as it was real easy. If it's so easy why didn't she offer to do it? So disappointed and frustrated I decided to write the head office explaining the issue I has thinking they would resolve it. Well it's been a week and I have not heard a thing. First of all when you go to a specialty store they should know their products. Secondly mistakes do happen but when made you rectify the situation to make it right. I would have been happy if I was asked to bring it back and they would put it together in the next week or so.
I can not recommend this store knowing the kind of customer service they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm just off the phone with both the Cambridge store and the online customer service. Unfortunately, I don't like to give bad reviews, but unfortunately this one is warranted. I ordered a medicine cabinet for a client past the 30-day return policy as the renovation started later than expected. The item I purchased is unusable as the specs said 'recessed' and it is not. They are refusing to return it. Too bad ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favor and do not order from this place. They promise delivery dates and when the date arrives, they do not have your items. Delivery dates keep pushing back with absolutley no reason given other than "it's not on the truck"
Please just give a real date and let the customer decide if they are willing to wait or not. We have contractors waiting to install and we cant even give them a solid date on when we can schedule installation of product I have already paid for! Could not he more disappointed with my experience with bath depot Cambridge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unrealistic delivery times. Our delivery date was scheduled between 3 and 7pm. They called at 6:27 saying they would be at our house in 5 minutes… they weren’t. We called customer service who said they would be 20 minutes. 1 hour later still not there. We called again. The driver called us and said he would be minimum 9:30pm. We felt bad for the driver, he had to do a 3 hour drive between 2 deliveries… no wonder he wasn’t on time for the unrealistic delivery time. Unfortunately will not be ordering here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely fussy on every detail when it comes to investing in decor for my home. I found all the high end items I needed at low end prices with quality parts and 25 year warranties. The staff were very helpful without being pushy. Highly recommend going here first before comparing them to big hardware stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finishing our bathroom reno. We went to Bath Depot and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. We purchased almost $4000 worth of items and were extremely pleased from start to finish with the experience at Bath Depot Cambridge. As a self employed professional I realized that delivery times are really difficult to promise these past 2 years, however, we were given delivery dates and thankfully everything arrived as estimated.
Once everything arrived we did have a defective part on the shower head from the factory. I brought the part into the store and the manager went above and beyond to resolve the issue immediately for me. He did this by allowing me to replace the defective part from the same unit they had on display in the store. As a result I had a replacement, working part by the time I got home and was able to finish the project.
I will definitely bring my business back to Bath Depot Cambridge and can confidently recommend anyone reading this review to go see them for your bathroom needs.
