I know absolutely nothing but have been watching utube videos and realized I need good brushes not these dollar store ones i got. After being at Michaels for about an hour I asked for help explaining I’m new to this hobby and I want to get the basic most used brushes. Well didn’t I pick an employee that is a bank of knowledge when it comes to painting. I believe her name is Christine maybe Kristin (I’m sorry) and she’s just a kind spirited person with patience and eager to help. I really appreciate her and I hope Micheals dose too because this girl needs a raise and a promotion. In the past I dreaded asking for help at this store now I look for it! Thanks again girl

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice Michael's store. Staff are great, and the store is well maintained. As well, they are diligent about ensuring customers get the best deal possible through weekly and special coupon events, on top of sale updates.
They carry a wide selection of picture frames, at fairly affordable prices. As well, several lines are often on sale for 45% off, which is a good time to stock up. Framing staff are knowledgable, and have provided excellent custom framing solutions.
An real positive is the array of DIY Christmas decorations they carry in all shapes and sizes, perfect for painting, inking, filling, or covering in glitter. These can be a bit costly at regular prices, but wathc for BOGO sales, which are invaluabel opportunites for artists to get the materials they need.
My single negative observation is that they carry only a very small selection alcohol ink options, and the ones they do have are a bit over-priced. I would like to see them broaden out this selection with more options, and different price points.
Overall, this location is a good store for creatives to visit to purchase supplies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love Michaels! Today we went in for some picture frames for craft gift projects and were not disappointed! Also found a few clearance craft items that will be fun for th whole family.
Definitely miss the coupons that were more than the current 30% (used to be 40% and sometimes up to 55%). We used to shop more often.
Staff are helpful and friendly.
**** Stock of many things is lower than normal and prices have definitely gone up, but still my favorite stop for crafting supplies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately given only three star since the rest of the staff have been amazing but went in on Saturday Feb 12 22 and the older Male manger was very rude and disrespectful to customer and his staff.
Asked him a question without any care he said Nope Out of stock and looked and walked away. While standing in line i noticed he got call up to cash and you could tell the employee was very nervous for him to come up and he was speaking very rude to her as well. Also the customer that was at cash he just refused to listen to her.
Very bad experience this weekend. I go to this location almost every other week and never seen him before or been treated that way.
