Bought ( 2)$25 restaurant cards , I saw the cashier scanned them over barcode scanner and they were on receipt but now they don’t work. Called Ultimate Dining Card and they stated the status shows no funds. I did pay for them but can’t find receipt (looked everywhere sigh…)Thankfully they were a small amount, but this has turned me off gift cards. Never again , esp at Cambridge Walmart.
C	Carole Parker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is sad not to have a great deal of 'Superstore' choices, here in the KW area in Ontario. However, this branch of Walmart seems to have everything you need. The pricing is nowhere near as good as it was in the US branches, sadly, and that is due, in part, to having literally no competition here. The store is well stocked and pretty organized. They still need to work on standards though. I have never not had to price check my purchases, due to poor price labeling or things put on the wrong shelving, etc... The self checkouts are handy, and the ladies that look after them are so helpful, especially Jan, who has often had to help this technophobe. Don the greeter is always cheery and makes it a pleasure to shop there... All in all, a great place for a one stop shop!
C	CINDY DEMCIE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's almost 1:30 and I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered. The scheduled delivery time was 11 am to noon. It's in the delivery drivers car. I'm praying my milk doesn't go bad. The store doesn't know where my order is exactly. One of those delivery service company is handling the delivery. Never again. If it isn't here by 3pm I have to call the 1800 number again!!!
L	Loni Devereaux-White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What kind of retail store stays open but sends their cashiers home a few hours prior to closing? For real. Was told they are generally all done by 7pm. If I wanted to ring up my own purchases and such, I would have saved my gas, stayed home and ordered it on Amazon. I will not be returning unless I'm completely screwed in every other way and Walmart is the only place I can be saved.... even then, I'll probably say it's not worth the nonsense that Walmart has become.

C	C Normore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable greeter; she will go out of her way to take you to the product your looking for , if unable to locate she will suggest simular items.

Although the staff are helpful and are willing to go out of their way which I feel like I have the beneficiary of, after 9 pm self-checkout is your only option as the cashier aisles are at that point closed for the evening. Assistance is available, but I’m still the kind that likes the interaction with a human at the checkout.

I really like the layout of this store because it's the exact same layout of the Walmart that I use to shop before I moved to Cambridge
