I have had very good experiences with the Staff. This time it was for the second time with the Automotive Service. Two of their Staff members were very helpful, kind and professional. Jennifer Ford and Archie Stryker. They work in the store located in one of the stores in Cambridge, Ontario. Thank you very much and have happy Holidays!

I am giving this location 1 star. I went to go and buy tube lights and no matter how many times I mention that they have broken product on the floor, they don't seem to care enough. I have actually witnessed on at least 6 occasions where they will help customer pick out a non-broken one and then immediately put the broken ones back with the rest of the merchandise.

3 times my partner has visited the curbside pickup and all 3 times we were impressed, I think he was called mike or something we had ordered some skates but they weren’t available so he rang me up with a suitable next best thing and I was happy and his manner when speaking to us was awesome even in this weather.

Took my Mustang in for an oil change after work back in 2010. Was serviced by a tech named Jason. Upon picking up my mustang I noticed 4Km had been added to my odometer while I was shopping in the store. Everything seemed okay driving in the city but getting on the 401 and getting above 80-100km/Hr the clutch started cutting out and couldn’t maintain speed. Took it back in the next morning and the manager had Jason take it for a test drive with me, upon leaving the Canadian tire parking lot his steel toed boots couldn’t accurately hit the pedals. He ended up missing the clutch and accelerating aggressively because of this multiple times. Was told I needed a new clutch and flywheel, manager wouldn’t accept responsibility for the damage to my clutch. Asked about the KM on the car for an oil change and was told sometimes they drive it around the parking lot to check pressures, etc. Have been to many Mr. Lubes and you literally drive in and drive out… Had to have the clutch and flywheel replaced for an extra $900.00. Was a student at that time and I babied that car, was not impressed. Have warned people to stay away, have posted to multiple car repair forums in the Cambridge area and advised as many people as possible to stay away. Have never returned and never will, left a sour taste in my mouth. Went in for an oil change, had some loser tech take my car out for a joyride and bent the spokes on the fly wheel then blamed me for it. Even brought the the pressure plate in after the new one was installed to show that the metal spokes were newly bent out and not old/corroded and the manager. I want to say the managers name was Pino or Pinto at the time would not even look at it and asked me to leave immediately. Worst auto repair of my life. Stay away! May have been a bad tech coupled with bad management but 12 years later I still have so much anger towards this Canadian tire. Worst experience ever.

An online order didn't work out for me and I ended up with one patio chair from the other Canadian Tire, but they didn't have a second for me. I was a bit anxious on the way over to Pinebush because I figured it would be tough to get it at the same price (different stores have different prices). Jessica from Customer Service was simply awesome! Unbeknownst to me, they price match. Within five minutes, she had me checked out, two guys came and grabbed the chair for me, loaded it and I was off. Most importantly, they told me if I have any issues, to bring the chairs back to them and they would take care of me. Great customer service and I'm very happy with my purchase.

We had an incredible experience in the plumbing department today. We approached Jordan, who was stationed at the paint area, for assistance. He quickly checked stock and got an item that was otherwise not available on the shelf. Quick, fast and very courteous.

We LOVE this Canadian Tire store. It is very well organized, easy to shop, love how clearly the aisles are marked (and how the app tells you what aisle your items are in!). This is our store of choice because it is well located and because the staff are friendly and, most of all, because our dog can shop with us. She loves being greeted by the door with treats and loves sniffing her way up and down the aisles.

Went I today, picked up ratchet straps, on sale. Picked up screwdrivers, on sale. Picked up whale dog clippers, on sale. Got to the checkout. Nothing rang up at sale prices. Waited around for 10 min while she got a price check on the ratchet straps. They tell me there not on sake someone was messing around with the price tags. Seems odd, the isle was organized and clean, big yellow tage clearly matched my item. I even offered to go take a picture. Nope, she no I don't have the right ones! Then after all that she says "oh should I price check the other items". No, don't bother. I drive all the way to the Canadian tire on the other side if town, where FYI, the exact same straps are in fact on sale as well as the other items! This cambridge location has gone down hi and has such lowsy service over the past couple years. Hire better managers. I won't go out of my way to go back yo this one!
