Sales clerk was rude and did not apply the correct discount. Good thing we checked the receipt when we got home. When we went back the next day the other sales clerk gave excuses that they were busy. Another rude sales clerk. They stamped the final sale on the receipt but still applied the wrong discount. Very inconsiderate of our time and fuel spent going back and forth. Your sales clerks need proper training in customer service.

Its an okay location. I funny enough found out at my last visit that this isn't an outlet location, but a regular store. I found that odd. It definitely does not give off a regular retail store vibe compared to other Roots locations, and lacks good selection. It was also annoying that the change rooms were closed, other stores in the same plaza had their's open meanwhile. I will give it a plus for at least having a good amount of sales racks.

Absolutely horrible customer service by manager. I bought a child's outfit Christmas eve and the young lady gave me the wrong size I have two outfits size 4t and one size 5t. The lady at the store said any issues with the items I can return after Christmas. I contacted the store and the manager was very blunt and rude saying I can't return the item because of the lock down. I mentioned to her that I just brought the outfits and the lady put the wrong size in my bag ( not my fault) she then explained that all I can do is re buy the outfits if I wanted and sell the other outfits on kijji or do whatever I like with them. Then she hung up absolutely horrible customer service. Maybe apologize for the inconvenience first

Absolutely SPECTACULAR service!! My wife had purchased me a track suit for my birthday and it turned out to be the wrong size and fit. (My fault for not trying it on) I returned to the store and again dealt with Cinthya, who I believe to be the manager. She told me about the size and fit being incorrect and went out of her way to make certain that I got what I was looking for. Several times we bumped into small issues, like having to order the jacket online, but no matter, she just went bang, bang, bang and took care of it! And she was very friendly and professional as well! Thank you Cinthya! I will be back for more Roots wear!! Brad C. Cambridge

*eye rolling*. Cashier "A" said something then turned around other cashier (obviously to me ....like "no big deal" or not needed"). Wonder what she tried to say something. That is an ignorant! Not to know how to write communicating with me?!?!? *sigh*. Take time to write what you say. Unfair if you tell other people, not me as a Deaf person. Please treat me EQUALLY!!!!! Disappointed!

Absolutely ridiculous. My mother called the store TODAY and spoke to a women in the phone inquiring about the price for a girls top and bottom tracksuit. She went and check and came back on the phone and told her $58 for the whole tracksuit. So my mom got into her car drove over there and grabbed 2 tracksuits. It rang up to $207. So my mother explained that she had just called and spoke to someone and they had told her $58 each. He went and got the women she spoke to and all she had to say was ya this is right price. Needless to say the people behind my mother had a few to say to the employees about how rude they were and my mother walked out empty handed. We will not return.

The staff at this location are the friendliest and most welcoming Root’s employees I’ve met. They always ask if they can help you find something or if you’re just browsing. Sometimes it can get a little busy, but if you go during off hours it’s great. Their sale rack is almost always full so it’s easy to find something at a discount.

I liked that I was greeted upon entering the store, it makes me feel welcomed and like a valued customer. The store was well organized and fairly well stocked. I was surprised that I wasn't approached to see if I needed assistance. The service at the cash counter was okay
