★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I visit this location the service is always amazing. The ladies working are always welcoming and ready to help. They pull outfits and give great advice. I've never visited any other Dynamite that makes my shopping experience so fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a t-shirt from here on Saturday, wore it to work out in on Sunday & the pocket started to rip right by the seam. Brought it back on Monday to try and exchange it but was told because it was worn and the tags were taken off that I could not. Asked if they do not stand behind their products, and was told that "Personally, I would exchange it for you because that shouldn't happen, but by Company Policy I can't do that". Asked again if they do not stand behind their product, and was told "I'm sorry, Company Policy does not allow me to exchange it. Obviously the tags were taken off because I had No Intention of returning it,I bought the shirt to wear it! STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT, or loose customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although some of their products can be hit or miss, this location helped me out with great customer service today. I was greeted by Megan as soon as I walked in who politely asked if I needed any help, she proactively started me a fitting room, checked online for items I was looking for that they didn’t have in store and was INCREDIBLY patient with me helping me get a product I wanted. Super kind, friendly and made my day. Not a lot of people care for their jobs in retail these days, but Megan went above and beyond, will be returning- thank you!
