★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience bridal gown shopping today. It was my first time shopping and I found my dress! My stylist Mariya was extremely helpful and worked with me to try on dresses I could buy off the rack since my timeline was compressed. She also checked to see if we could do a same-day alterations consult so we didn’t have to come back another day. Judi, who was the seamstress we worked with, was so lovely and professional and did the consult in record time. Overall everyone made me feel very comfortable and helped make the time feel special. Extremely happy with my experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend recently got engaged and today we booked a last minute appointment at David's bridal to browse for dresses. There were many dresses to choose from and our associate (I believe her name is Reena) was very patient, listened to our concerns and helped us navigate the sea of dresses! There were a few we liked and booked an appointment to come back next weekend! Thank you so much for making this a lovely first experience! Thank you for all you guys do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with Erin as our consultant at David’s Bridal! My friends and I had double appointments for bride reception dresses and bridesmaid dresses. Erin helped us get through the whole 2.5 hrs with great success, finding me my reception dress and the bridesmaid dress for my friend’s wedding!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment booked for a Friday night. When i arrived was told by the girl i had my appt with that she was double booked. I was not impressed. I did not get the attention that i was due because the other booking was with a bridal party. I did try on about 7 dresses on my own. It would have been nice to have the help with pinning the dress so that i could get a true vision.
On a positive note i did go back and give them a second chance to correct this. Brianna was just awesome she apologized for my bad experience and got me into a fitting room even though they were really busy and i tried on a few more dresses. The store manager was very rude and curt she didn't care that i was treated badly. Very disappointing. I did speak with another Manager Kayliegh she was so awesome and very personable. I did end up buying my dress there. I Love the dress i just wish that my experience the 1st time was better. Definately need to get a new store manager as she doesn't know how to speak or treat customers !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my wedding dress altered at this location (my dress came from the Mississauga location, another fantastic store). The woman who did my alterations was so kind and knowledgeable. She made suggestions to me and told me that I didn’t need a bustle (which I didn’t want anyways). She promised she wouldn’t touch my train and suggested to sew my belt onto my dress which was a fantastic idea. They even steamed and pressed my veil. Not a bad price for everything. Today I picked up my dress and it was PERFECT!!!!! The woman at my pick up was so nice and showed us how to put my veil and my dress onto the hangers and how to get it on me. David’s bridal has not disappointed me at all!!! Thank you for a perfect bridal gown and veil!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and honest staff! This was my one and only stop for picking out a wedding dress.
Mara was my assistant for searching for my wedding dress and was very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process. I'm quite picky and the dress had to check off a few boxes as well as be reasonably priced. Mara was very patient with me and was able to help me find my perfect dress!
Very pleased with the service and professionalism here and would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to David’s bridal in Cambridge ON. When walking in we got served right away! The staff was beyond amazing and the stylist that my wedding party and I had was Sarah. Sarah made sure that I was happy the whole time I was there and helped me truly feel like a bride in so many ways! I had been to many other shops and both of them made me feel good about my body and size but David’s bridal you have once again outdid yourselves. I can’t thank you enough for making my experience saying yes to the dress one of my most favourite experience in my whole life. Also if you want to feel the bright smile and feel like you have another friend Sarah was for sure the one lady you can count on! Thank you David’s bridal for being a true to all bridal store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying my daughters prom dress with this location was amazing. So much patience from the stylist Veronica and the managers Kayleigh, Reena and Jenna were so helpful with my indecisive kiddo. Even after we bought she changed her vision and we went back again. Another exceptional experience finding just the right dress.
The ladies knew their accessories and selected some perfect pieces to finish the look to her vision.
Alterations has their hands full as my daughter is tiny but Judy modified the neckline to perfection and Mariah was fabulous with capturing the changes we asked for.
Will go back for our future dress purchases.
