★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to get a price on cabinets got a friend to do the measurements for me. Sent all the cupboard sizes in inches. The woman won't give me a quote wants to know the wall space. I need cupboards not more walls. Just give people the prices. I think it is just so they can justify over charging. If you need cabinets do not ask Alix she won't give you a quote. She will just send you emails asking more questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to pick up some lights and few day's ago and wasn't too sure which ones to buy. A lovely young fellow named Garrett helped me choose the right lights and even told me to call for him if I needed help lifting anything heavy in my car when I was done shopping. The lights work beautifully and I would definitely go here again. Thank you Garrett and the customer service team for a great shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees in the kitchen and appliances section were horribly rude. Was going to purchase a fridge here but when I was “helped” out by one of the staff, whom I believe was the manager or supervisor int that particular area of the store. Anywho, left the store right after he finished talking to us because he got upset when I asked if they price matched and was just disgustingly rude. Like, okay? Bye sir. Never purchasing anything from this particular store location ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Fireplace online at the Niagara Falls store, three days later the order was cancelled without notice. I called around to several stores, they all said they would check stock and get back to me to know avail. I did contact the Cambridge store, where I spoke with Patty in the lawn and garden section. I told her my dilemma, she said she would look into it and get back to me. She called me back almost immediately and told me that there was one available. It was well in the back warehouse but would take a while to get out. I told her I was coming from Niagara Falls she said no problem I will hold it for you. When I got there lo and behold there was my fireplace. I just want to say that Patty is an amazing asset to your organization . She was a pleasure to deal with not only on the phone but in person. Thanks again Patty IOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give no stars I would. Two weeks ago I ordered drywall a bathtub, a tub surround along with sliding glass doors for the tub. Before I ordered I made sure Lowes Cambridge had all of it in stock, they did so I proceeded too order. 5 days later I am told the tub will be delivered from their store in Kitchener and the rest from the Cambridge store, then that night I get an email saying it will all come from Kitchener, I asked when, she said she was unsure, 4 days later I get a call saying it will be delivered tomorrow and I will get a call for a 3hr window of delivery, that's 10 days not including the weekends, anyway no call the day of so I called, oh I'm sorry they put it on the wrong truck so it will be tomorrow now and we will give you a 3hr window. I took the day off in order too be here and now I have too take another day, oh and it gets better, the tub and surround are on one truck and the drywall on another so so much for a 3hr window, its more like and 8hr day. How can one company be so incompetent. I will never order from here ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disrespectful, indifferent staff, poor management.
My wife and I visited this store needing assistance in buying plumbing supplies for our water softener. We paged for help at the plumbing section waiting at least 10 minutes as the auto-pager continued to announce the need for assistance. No-one arrived. The store was not busy. Eventually, we gave up waiting and headed for the door. We noticed that staff were either talking to their regular buddies or gathered around the “water cooler”. We went across the road to Home Depot where we were greeted by a member of staff and given help immediately. The store was busy! I wonder why?
