★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were good to deal with until we had a warranty issue and now they apparently don’t carry our product anymore so we get to keep a ripped couch and deal with it. Apparently once u have it paid for they have no interest in dealing with it anymore
Will not shop there again and definitely wouldn’t send a family member or friend

The other staff members are great too, Helped me reset my references in no time!

Just had my ac unit delivered, James & Shayne done an awesome job & very friendly, thank you guys you have made me a very happy & cooler person today lol

I know there have been not so good people working there from time to time but i am happy to say that the people working here now are easy to deal with and are more than willing to work hard to keep you happy for your whole term you are with us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ . I purchase bedroom set sofa and Tv. After 2 months the leather sofa is start peeling. The General manager offer us to change a new one. After a month waiting and I called them and they told me to go to their store couse no one order yet. We went to thier store and the gm is so mad he said his "no way to change it you use it and almost payed" the gm so arrogant to us keep saying loosing a lot of money. They are good to you if your first buyer but after they treat you like garbage. Now I realize maybe thier product here is use they just repair and fix. Plus the attitude. I totally not recommend anyone coming here. Try other store. Also check and read other reviews from this place. They s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a long time customer, I am in absolute shock! The customer service here has declined at a level that would turn anyone away. The rude, disrespectful staff will leave you with a sour taste in your mouth. I have never been so disappointed in my life. As a senior on a fixed income, I feel like I've been taken advantage of. The account manager has been disrespectful and pushy. I would rather get a loan from the mafia and risk my life then deal with these people again.
