Today I was well taken care of by Cindy and Deborah. They went above and beyond. I was grateful to find a new Welcome mat and also anle to place a special order.

Worst experience with the young cashier at the Cambridge store. She price checked my 400$ item using my coupon and when I returned a few minutes later with the rest of my items to check out she said my coupon was already redeemed. I politely explained that the coupon was used to price check my item earlier but she gave me attitude and would not honour my coupon. I left my 400$ item on the counter and will not return to a bed bath and beyond again. I was one of the good customers not trying to pull a fast one. Thank you

Terrible customer service. Ordered items online, paid for them and then find out they are not in stock and I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund. So they take my money and give me no product. No where on the website did it say these items were out of stock Why let you buy something that they don't have. Terrible customer service at the store and online. Lost my business forever.

Horrible customer service. I'm a regular shopper so I already have an account with them, so when they ask for my phone number and email, I choose not to as I already get them on my app and email. At the cash register, when I insisted not to give my email, the lady gave me attitude and insisted I just do it to just "update" the system. I kindly declined, but she got upset and although there was already a line, she snapped and basically said to just give her my email because it's always gunna prompt her to ask me, and it would just be easier so she wouldn't have to keep asking me every time I buy in store. That is extremely unprofessional in sales, and as a customer, I have every right to choose to give my personal information, which is also stated in their website's privacy policy. I told her if that's the case, I'll stick to shopping online then to save her the trouble of asking me for my email each time, in which she proceeded to say a sarcastic, and rather passive aggressive, "Have a nice day then." Disgusted.

The two cashier and another associate standing next to her were extremely unpleasant. The one with long black hair was particularly unpleasant. Recommend firing her. Visited at 7pm Tues May 31
