★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I had such a great experience at Urban Barn Cambridge when shopping for a sofa. I absolutely love the furniture and decorative pieces that Urban Barn sells. Katie, the representative that assisted us in the store went above and beyond our expectations. She was very kind, knowledgable, and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit to the store and I loved so many items in there and the experience was awesome. The sales lady who helped out on Saturday was amazing and was very knowledgeable about the items in the store. She was busy on the Sunday when we returned to the store and she came over to us and put us with Andrea? and she was also awesome. They made us feel very welcome and there was no pressure in looking. I know I will be going back to purchase more items. I would recommend this store to any of my friends and family for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typically have a good experience at Urban barn but my last experience at the Cambridge location left me very disappointed. I made a purchase and was told that I could pick up for the warehouse in Mississauga in mid March a moth later. After calling in to check on my order I was told by Lauren that an email was sent to me yesterday to schedule a pick up but I hadn't received it. I looked through my spam but nothing and then I asked what email they had on file. Turns out they misspelled the email on file so I never got it - so another request was sent into the warehouse to resend the pick up email.
The next day I called back to see if I could pick up from the warehouse because I would be in Mississauga. I spoke to Lauren again who was very rude to me. She asked for my sales order number but I had misplaced the paper receipt from weeks ago (usually would have been sent one via email - but they misspelled in my email address in the system). When I told her I didn't have it and that it would be in the system, instead of helping me out she replied "well if you don't have it, they wont let you pick up your product, you should have your receipt regardless of if its in the system or not." ...speechless. I said I could show my ID and she gave me the order number and said "You can go by and check if they will let you pick it up, good luck" then hung up. Extremely rude and unhelpful service especially since the mistake was on their behalf , completely soiled my experience at Urban Barn.

I had to leave a few items there that I had already purchased for to be returned and she made sure to take notes about what was happening and replace some of the items that I was missing from my online order and prepare orders that I called in for pick up. amazing team here at Cambridge UB!
