★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Customer service. Photocopy shop came yesterday at 8:30 sales person started making my order and after 10 mins they said actually system is closed we can’t do that come tomorrow. Went back again today and again started making order for photocopy and then she said I can finalize lemme call supervisor. She came back after talking to him and said it’s too many pages we can’t ring bind it. Then I said I had previously done same book copied from this location and it’s in ring binder. She went back again to talk to supervisor. If you don’t have trained staff don’t put on front. And if there’s issue supervisor should come to talk not making staff going back abs forth. Lastly I must say No Value for customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my permanent resident picture in this place. I went twice to confirm if they followed the instructions carefully coz I already find it a little odd. But they insisted that it should be fine. So I submitted my application last September because 1 Staples employee wasn't able to follow the instructions in the paper my application was returned to me in December but arrived in January. I came back to them today and talk to Kelly around 4:50 pm January 22,2022 instead of being apologetic or give some sympathy to the situation she just gave me a rude sarcastic attitude. FYI even if I don't have a receipt, I have your stamp in my pictures.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Extreme poor customer service.
When asked for help for photo coping mashine i was told that if you need help u will be charged extra.
Very poor managment. I wiah there was a zero star or negative star option as well.
Like we dont have photo copy machines at home we do need assistance at some point but the staff was like no other person will help you. Qnd made me feel like why i came to staples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a passport photo of my 6 month daughter. Waited 15 mins for someone to finally help in the photo area and was told they don’t like to do babies. I asked if we could try. She said yes and I thought my daughter did a good job. Looked at the camera, eyes open, sat still etc. . I was out of the way as needed to be but her mouth was a little open. The girl said nope won’t work go see a professional. I looked up the requirements and on Service Canada site it says they don’t expect perfect baby photos and the example photo of an approved baby photo had his mouth wide open! She wouldn’t even give me the photos to try and use them. So annoying to say the least.

Staff is always friendly.
I do wish Staples would do a refresh on their stores, just to modernize it a bit. All of their stores look the same as they did 30 years ago!
