★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for their online ordering system. In short, it's smooth like a baby's bottom. I ordered something from their Instagram shopping account. I was worried about the process since I've never used it before, let alone for an independent shop thousands of kilometers away, in a whole other province, on the other side of Canada.
But safe to say everything worked out great! The onesies I got for my kiddo were the perfect size and style. I got exactly what I was looking for, exactly the way it looked on their website. The ordering, fulfillment, and shipment process went well without a hitch. I was anxious going in, to be honest, but I'm super satisfied with the end result. I can't speak for their brick and mortar store as I've never been there (they're based in Ontario, and I'm in BC), but their online shop is great. Super great. Five stars all around! Great job you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a new shopper at the Sharing Squirrel. We aren't from the area but we're drawn to take a look online after seeing their Instagram. The amount of selection is impressive, good name brands for a very affordable price (everything you would hope for in a used clothing store). There was a mix up with our order but was corrected quickly over the phone ( I would advise to use this as a tool to get help rather than through social media. We didn't get many responses via direct message on instagram). The staff member I spoke too was very kind and helpful. We have already put in another order and are excited to receive it :)

I was initially impressed by the beautiful aesthetic of the shop (beautiful colour scheme, trendy decor) but once I got to looking, I realized just how special this shop actually is with respect to their resale items. Each item in the store is trendy, in good to excellent condition, and very well-priced. Their selection of brand new items for other local vendors is a bonus to what they already offer.
The thought, attention, and care that goes into their buys does not go unnoticed. The shop has a large layout and they have such a large selection, however, it doesn't at all feel cramped or "stuffed" with items. Each item was hand picked for the shop and continues to tell the story of their upscale resale nature, all while remaining affordable to all families.
The staff have never been anything but warm, welcoming, and helpful anytime I've entered through those doors. They always offer a warm hello with a big smile. They take a genuine interest in who you are and who you're shopping for. I truly love this shop and everything they stand for.
I look forward to continuing to support them even when my little one outgrows their sizes. There will always be a reason to return whether it be to spoil a new baby, to share the store with my friends, restock on some local vendor products, or to simply drop in and say hi to the staff.
Thank you for everything you have brought to Cambridge and giving us an incredible opportunity to find amazing items for our babies without breaking our banks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are amazing and I always have a pleasant experience shopping in store. The stock is just what I am looking for and they have a perfect mixture of used and new, even locally handmade items. Definitely worth a trip out to the brick and mortar. Their sell to program is fantastic and keeps me coming back to purchase more, not to mention all the work they put into their online store during the pandemic has really paid off big time. Truly appreciate what they are doing, and as a small business, I will continue to support them as much as I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of clothing for mom to be and baby. They also had various items ranging from toys to baby furniture (strollers, carseat, bouncers, etc) and baby essentials (pacifiers, swaddles, feeding, etc.) Definitely a place I'll continue to frequent as they are constantly restocking their inventory. Reasonable prices and it's clear they choose quality over quantity as everything I've purchased that was secondhand, you wouldn't be able to tell it was previously loved.
Their site is also updated for those more comfortable with shopping online as they offer curbside pickup as well as shipping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sharing Squirrel is such a wonderful business, in so many ways. They are an honest, business that sell wonderful condition used items as well as nice new vendor products. The staff are so nice, the prices are reasonable, the business is clean (seriously, no stink like GW, VV or OUAC), and they have a great mom's group, activities and loyalty program.
