★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed main floor was stocked upstairs was bare. Went to bedding department not much to choose from very small area. There was empty spaces that were not filled department could have been expanded and more to offer. Needed to check fabric quality before ordering online. Not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The days of shopping in a dept are gone with this store .no friendly help .the bra dept was a disorganized mess. This store hasn't changed .even before covid it was mess of badly merchandized items. There used to be a time when going to a dept was magical .where service was great and so much choice you need to do better than this Hudson Bay.staff look miserable and I am sorry this reflects on your management and company . That was the last time I shop there

Many brand names and high quality goods. Sales are usually impressive when on with 70% off not uncommon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good, store. But some stuff is not easily seen, like I didn't even know they sell Gucci till I seen an ad they had. But overall 4 stars because good store great location, good deals, great support but could get better deals sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is downright depressing, rarely an employee in sight and many departments look nearly empty or have old stock and have looked that way for the past few years. Top floor toys, kids clothes, furniture, housewares etc is a mess of old stock and the items they do have are over priced and lately it has looked more and more empty. Toys in particular appear as though they are just trying to sell off what they have and they haven't got new stock in for years. It is mostly empty, but there is no sign they are going to do anything with the department. Really disappointing. Skip this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store offers a large selection of good quality items. The staff is super nice and friendly. I was disappointed when we picked up items that where on sale in the sale rack. But the item did not have a red sticker on it so these items are not on sale. So we left with nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Major storm today and half the mall had no power. The bay was open and 25% off our item yaaa. Hardly a line up at cash and our cashier was extremely friendly and chatty. He did a great efficient job.
