I saw this with every customer going to the cashiers, while I was at the end of a very long line. Horrible experience I even wrote/ emailed to the company and heard no response. I have never experienced such horrible service from the lady working there. Currently - the racist lady does not work// prob got fired from there… the company workers are so much better and way more respectful towards their customers. Next time the company should answer complain emails especially when it comes to racist comments and horrible customer service. Urban Behavior DO BETTER.

I asked to speak with the manager and the lady that was helping me check out told me I am the manager and I can't do anything for you. A month later, I went to the store to look around and I found a cute jacket; I wanted to exchange it with something I bought previously but they didn't let me again and they called the "manager" to prove to me that they can't do anything. On the same day, at around 4:58 as the stores started closing, I walked to the store to exchange the jacket with an identical clean new one as the one I purchased had a stain on it. Disgusting. I asked very nicely for them to exchange it for me but they had closed so they called the "manager" for me, perhaps the manager has something better to tell me and she wasn't helpful at all. I told her I wanted to exchange with an IDENTICAL item and the "manager" refused. The "manager" didn't even apologize from me since I purchased such stuff from their store. ?? I've been quoting "manager" every time because it's ridiculous how everyone that works at the store IS A MANAGER. What???!! Don't treat your customers like that if you want them to come back!!

I was able to get a really nice high heels from le chateau for just $10. A really nice pants for $10 as well! ? I also left an item here as i was so busy shopping around. Luckily, when i came back and check if they have the item that I lost, they kept it aside and gave it to me. I really appreciate that. Thank you. ? ? The only bad thing here is: Some items are damage. You just have keep an eye and check the items before buying it. They have a 14 days exchange policy or return policy with store credit.
