Had all of the plates, cutlery, condiments ready for each serving. Best server I’ve experienced in years and years. I used to serve and this type of service makes a restaurant my top choice. Food was amazing as to be expected. Patricia deserves a raise!

It was great to see how they screened people at the door and took their time to do it right. So the 4 star is just because the staff were a bit off their game but hey.... with covid rules having them open...then close..then takeout...then open again it's no wonder. That said, amazing atmosphere that lets make it casual or semi formal with great local beers, huge portions of savory delites like pork schnitzel, fried chicken and short ribs that fall off the bone. After a great meal and equally lovely drinks I was shocked at the very reasonable bill. The portions were huge and high quality with bright comfortable atmosphere... definitely check them out

Our server Luigi was OUTSTANDING and even took us upstairs to show off the original school house section of the restaurant that is still intact (neat little history lesson!). They have a few vegan options and the bowl I ordered was flavourful and fresh. Great spot for a nice dinner out.
H	Hasan Riaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, prompt service, and strict observance of COVID protocols. They do check to make sure you have your full COVID vaccines, so bring your proof of vaccinations. The fried chicken and blackened chicken antijitos were my personal favorites.

We both had wild boar for our main which we'd never tried and it was well seasoned and quite tasty. A good blend of flavours. Portioned well too. Staff was very friendly and personable.

They were amazing to work (event planning staff and staff the day of) with and had a great dinner with our family and friends. We are now back in KW and go to Borealis every few weeks for dinner. Just want to give a shout-out to Kyle E. who was a great server (June 2022). He was attentive, genuine and took the time to chat and explain various menu items and specials. His customer service really stood out to us. The food is always amazing and we know it will be delicious. So glad we’re back in KW and can enjoy Borealis!

Parmesan’s style fries really elevated the dish! Was surprised the cornbread we shared as a starter was warm on the outside but cold on the inside.
