It is unfortunate there is not an option for zero stars as that is what I would rate this location if possible. After receiving a chair that had several staples in it instead of a functioning zipper I was told it would be 4-6 weeks to receive a replacement part. Nobody from the store ever contacted me to let me know the new part had arrived (despite claiming they did). Customer service and management was extremely unapologetic for the horrendous quality and I was extremely unimpressed with the customer service I received in order to resolve the issue. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this store.

We recently purchased a new "Meyer" sofa, loveseat and ottoman at a La-Z-Boy Furniture store. The items are beautiful in our living room. They are finished well, sturdy and elegant. And the items are made in North America. We were assisted by "Nancy" in the Kitchener store and she was quite helpful and friendly and answered our questions promptly. The gentlemen that delivered our items to the front door and setup in the living room were also friendly, very careful and professional. Our experience was quite positive and we would recommend purchasing at this store.

Our purchase experience was great. We dealt with Nancy. She was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. She showed us what we were looking for and gave us plenty of private time to discuss and make our decision. Cannot comment on the furniture yet as it won't arrive until October (which is fine) but we are expecting it to be good quality.

I was very impressed with our sales person. She seemed to know when to approach and give us the opportunity to ask questions and when to drift away and leave us to take our time looking at the various options. She was very professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. It was a very good shopping experience and we are looking forward to the arrival of our furniture.

Was shopping at La-z-Boy, found a chair...all in all good experience, however top end price. Saw this kitchen island...nice design (see pictures)...didn't like the price at $3,279.00

We had a wonderful experience. Nadia was the employee who spent over an hour with us. She was very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable. She offered many ideas and suggestions. You could tell she is truly passionate about her job and providing excellent customer service. She was not pushy in her approach. Gave us space and time to think but always available when we had questions. We will definitely be returning when we need other furniture and I hope she will be there to assist us again

Nancy was excellent, she listened to my needs & showed me the perfect options. She was also very friendly and professional. When I asked for some time to just try out the options for a while I was able to do so in a nice relaxing way. The store is very clean with lots of different models to try out. The experience of purchasing was just as relaxing as the recliners. She answered all of my many questions and delivery date provided was spot on. The delivery was very smooth too, 2 professional & friendly people setup the chair exactly where requested. They even tested out the chair before departing my home. I recommend both this store and salesperson (Nancy).

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! This is an honest and straight up review. My wife bought a $4000 couch and we had it delivered to our new home. The couch was delivered by a contracted delivery company. Upon delivery, there was a screw sticking out of the foot of the couch. It was placed and adjusted in my living room all while scratching my brand new custom floors. Lazy Boy took absolutely no responsibility and put the onus on the delivery driver. The cost of the floor repair was ultimately covered by the delivery company, but Lazy Boy took absolutely no responsibility. I had a damaged floor for almost a year as I had to wait for wood planks and needed to take a day off work to have them installed. Ultimately this company has terrible customer service and is not customer focused. Trust me, I know after numerous calls with the store and head office.
