This place was fantastic and helped me out in every way to ensure I could receive my furniture in Alberta. I 100% recommend this place. Fantastic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SHOP EVER. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. STORE MANAGER IS A FUNNY PUPPET.
They are CHEATING people with wrong commitments.
During buying process they will assure you about so many things ,they will make you purchase the 5years warranty ,but unfortunately something happens then they just wash their hands off saying “Its out of our control”.
I bought sectional sofa and full bedroom set with 5year warranty in November 2020,and now found out some problems when came for help they just turned me down saying THEY CANT HELP ANYMORE (for one item) AND PROVIDED A TOLL FREE NUMBER (for another item)AND ENJOY LONG WAIT TIME AND PROBABLY WITH NO HELP.
FOR THIS “HELP” THEY TOOK 150$ +tax EXTRA FROM ME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely this place is to be avoided at all cost.
Wrong product handed over by the staff and then refused to refund the money.
Bed frame is labeled as free for combined package and when the box is opened, the frame was rusted and colour had chipped of from many places.
Rude behaviour from Mr. Victor who promises more than he can deliver during the first interaction and once the customer is in trouble, he refuses to come on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Victor was the most helpful sales person ever. Very helpful, caring. Measured all the couches so I knew which 1 would fit best in my place. Didn't have to wait long at all for delivery. Delivery people were fast and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, fast delivery, super happy! We assembled the couch ourselves which was totally fine, only took 10 mins tops. Did not need a drill or any tools, the couch feet holes were already there. Delivery guys were so funny and fast, well worth $65.00 fee. Only "criticism" is that they give a free accessory when buying a 2 piece couch set which we did not receive since we just bought one massive couch. Totally understandable, but would've been a nice "cherry on top" since a two piece set is not applicable (or possible) to our purchase ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in looking for a sectional and dealt with Adam who was very pleasant. I ended up buying a sofa and love seat at an excellent price. I’d shopped around and was satisfied with the quality of the pieces I purchased at Surplus Furniture.
I’m having trouble putting the feet on with my pieces so will pop back into the store to see if Adam can help and show me what to do.
I’d definitely recommend this store. Good customer service and quick delivery. $70 and was delivered on time the next day after purchase.
