P	Parmita F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy from them!! They give you unrealizsitic timelines - they told us 6-8 weeks and it's been 6 months sine we placed our order and have received nothing. They didn't even have the courtesy to call if things are delayed - I had to call them everytime. I gave up and just asked for a refund which was a nightmare for weeks to get. I kept being told the owner sunny will call me but he never did!!! Save yourself the hassle and do not shop here!!

No money back. If you bought something you are stuck with it and they carry you the responsibility. The worst attitude ever.

I waited for 5 months to get my sofas and everytime I called, I was promised that every Sunday it will be delivered. Even at the end of 5 months, the sofas were still not done so I asked for my deposit which he gave me a runaround for over a week. More than all this, he will never call to give you an update about the sofas, I had to call him everytime and that too he used to be very rude. I don't think he should carry on this business if he is not honest with his customers.

L	Ljubo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start, if I could leave a negative rating I would. I have never experienced this type of horrible customer service in my life. All employees were rude, but particularly the owner of the store. Could not communicate with him, without interruptions. We were given the roundabout for three weeks. We ordered a mattress which when delivered to us, came with a horrible smell, that was not disappearing. We could not sleep on the mattress, had to call and let them know. It took them a week to take it away. The second mattress that came, was stained front and back. We called the store and they said they would replace that mattress within three days or refund us. Three days came and went without a new mattress or a refund. We were told by the owner, sometimes mattresses come stained, they get dirty or muddy in the warehouse. This is completely unacceptable for a brand new product. I highly recommend to stay as far away from this place, please take your business to a reputable store and save yourself a headache.

Almost a week later I called to follow up, and that is when my amazing customer service experience began. An appointment was set up for me to see the floor model and have a chance to sit in it. The love affair continued and I ordered mine in orange! It arrived in a timely fashion and pickup was a breeze. Every employee was helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this furniture store.

Delivery was fast, but missing the cushions. Was promised they would bring them and they never showed. Even after I tipped them for their “free” delivery. Months later still nothing. What a joke.
