I was very hesitant to buy from this company because of the poor reviews. I took a chance anyway because of the deal and ended up having a positive experience. The product was exactly what I ordered and seems to be good quality; communication eventually happened when it was supposed to; delivery went smoothly. My reason for deducting 1 star is for the lack of communication in the beginning but after contacting the retail location that was confirmed on my order (instead of using the 1-800 customer service line), they were very helpful. The 1-800 line should be disabled - no one answers it. The delivery also took a few weeks from when I placed the order but all in all, everything went well.

Today I had to buy a new refrigerator because mine died. I decided to call because I know how hard it is to get these things with covid going on. The sales associate on the phone went above and beyond to help me out. I asked about a few and of course they weren't in stock. She took my name and number and told me she would call and let me know what she found. A short time later she called and had one that will be delivered next week. I was so grateful. This was not the first time going there and will not be the last. Thanks so maybe ch for helping me out. ☺️

The sales staff were very helpful and kind. There was no sales pressure at all as I had experienced at other stores. I was extremely pleased with the power recliner as a senior I’ve had trouble with my legs and being able to elevate them is going to be a great help. The warranty plan was one of the best I’ve seen and gave me assurance that if anything goes wrong either the power aspect it will be covered. Thank you so much for the services you provided! Judy

Okay, here's the deal.... after almost a long year of waiting to get our refrigerator fixed and without a working refrigerator at that, in the end, without success. I'm certain it's because of the pandemic, yet it was very frustrating to have no working refrigerator. The GOOD NEWS is once it was deemed un fixable Bad boy's and everyone involved HONORED the GOLD warranty that we purchased when we purchased our refrigerator at that time as a lemon. They gave us a credit OF all our Money plus taxes back that we originally paid for it to use on a replacement. So my husband and I went this weekend to Bad boy's in Kitchener to spend our credit. They were very amazing. They gave us "best price" possible on our replacement refrigerator and other items we also picked out, like a new TV and a small box spring that we needed; plus all the new warranty needed for our new refrigerator and TV (trust me) you need to buy them guys....and the delivery too was included. Our credit went a long way and we both was very happy that all the people involved made our already stressful times so much better. Great experience to be honest. Both Wayne and I thought that they were going to try to make things hard and to be honest, it all went smoothly. Thank you for that. They made us feel great and took absolutely good care of us. Thank you Baldeep for helping us pick out our new refrigerator, TV and box spring! The delivery date and all the new warranty needed for our new refrigerator and TV and it was so close to our allowable credit and our budget. I highly recommend them, this store and people here are wonderful to work with. Please people spend the extra on these warranty, Bad boy's has honored them for our family and now for the wait for our new appliance to be delivered. Without this warranty, we would have had to put out our own money and this has been greatly appreciated, helpful and stress free procedure. Thank you Bad Boy we absolutely will be back! Wayne and Louise Howe Now to wait for the other side of the service, the delivery and the items and it's conditions. ? Let's hope and pray it goes as well.... Stay tuned...

Arrived after 4pm.on a Sunday and were not at all rushed. Had a nice experience with friendly and helpful staff and because of this, were able to comfortably try out and select a sofa that fit our budget and was to our liking. Did not plan on or favour leather but the price, payment options, warantee/ins. and addendum- shampoo and treatment kit-$50 value had us nodding 'yes!' in unison. Also, an unexpected bonus that it was able to be delivered just two days later. So we were able to relax and enjoy this lovely new sofa and put our patio chairs on the balcony. Where they belong! Our backs are thanking you, Bad Boy!

RECOMMENDED sales associate - Vani. I recieved my sofa within a few days of ordering all because of her. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. Wouldn’t mind coming back to buy some appliances.

I bought a television here. When I turned on the power, I found three large red spots in the center of the screen. It's a product with a clear defect. The next day, I repackaged the product for a refund and visited the store. However, there was no exchange or refund support here. There is a one-year warranty, so the product service center only told me to get it repaired. I've called and sent an e-mail, but the answer is always the same. I'm waiting for the service center's AS guidance. The service center informed me to get a refund from the place of purchase, but they don't. I don't know why, but the remote control broke two days after purchasing it. I bought two more Universal remote controls to use the TV. The TV is not working. I bought a set-top box. HDMI cable is not working. The $800 large model in the living room conveys a feeling of despair every time you see it. These things are less than a week after purchasing the product here.

Was there 2 times to buy a safe . The sales person and the manager kept following us everywhere and use silly sales tactics to try to make us buy. They were very pushy we felt uncomfortable and left . The second time we went they were better , we felt with another person and placed an order. Surprisingly the rest was great. We were told delivery is in 15 . We got a call that the order will be sent for delivery. The deliver was scheduled in 3 dash got my sofa a week earlier than schedule. The delivery guys were not the best they tried to say the sofa won’t fit the door but I insisted it will and finally they got it inside the house . They were clueless and didn’t know what they were doing they even left the sofa wrapped and wanted me to sign that I received I refused to get them to open it. So I do recommend based on my experience.
