They always answer the phone and promptly respond to emails. Amazing customer service! Excellent quality of work! We have two gorgeous pieces of furniture from a fabulous local merchant. They have our 100% recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ G&B Urban Design created an absolutely gorgeous custom dining set for us including table, 10 chairs, and buffet. Craftsmanship is astounding and the attention to detail next to none. Terry and his team really take incredible pride in their work and it really shows. 6 out of 5 stars for these guys. Do not hesitate.

My table looks better than ever and the quality work out in to every detail really shows.

I was looking for something rustic and talked with Terry and he understood exactly what we wanted, he even showed us examples of some wood he had in the back. Kathryn was helpful with keeping us updated with our project. We ordered a coffee table and tv stand and it turned out absolutely perfect! Words can’t describe how happy we are with our new furniture! The quality of it is outstanding and it’ll be something we’ll have forever. Thank you again Terry and Kathryn!!

They worked with me for picking the general design but I suggested they take artistic liberties as professionals in their craft. All the tables turned out beautifully I would recommend them to anyone looking for a custom hand crafted table.

This is now our dream kitchen and we can’t thank you enough . Todd your workmanship and attention to detail are second to none. We are constantly getting compliments .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grain & Burl has assembled a great team and it shows in the quality of their work. From the moment we walked into the showroom and met Terry and Kathryn, we knew we found our builders. It's one thing to like the quality of work, but the people behind it are just as important, so it was a perfect fit for us. Our black walnut live edge dining room set with matching mirror is awesome and we can't stop gushing over it. To make it even better, the wood was from a naturally felled tree and excess cuttings were used for the mirror.
Please, please, please contact Grain & Burl for any of your wood working needs, you won't regret it!

We met Terry (owner) who warmly greeted us and spent time explaining their work and all the options available for us. We are thrilled with the end result, quality of work and overall service.
