I ordered what I thought was the correct part off Amazon... it was not the right one even though it looked the same. I talked to Kristina in the Parts Department she explained the sellers on Amazon are not made by the appliance manufacturer but some random person making them a cheap as possible. She needed my model number, which was not in an easy to reach place but we were able to get the correct part in the end. Thank you all of your help!

Walked into TA to look at washer/dryer sets and meet Sam Ferguson. Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different options and models. We ended up buying a set later that day! They were delivered and installed within a week, great service! Only thing I will change is the flex pipe supplied for the dryer, I believe that a solid pipe is better and safer long term. We always bought our BBQβ€˜S there, now we will go there for future appliances.

We had a great salesman. Very patient with us as we asked our questions about the different brands of BBQ's they carry. We purchased one based on his advice. The BBQ came fully assembled. The delivery company men were very nice and professional and took great care with our new BBQ and placement on our new patio. Would highly recommend this store.

I have purchased a few items from TA over the years and have been very pleased with the sales, delivery and quality of the products. We recently reached out to Brian Favaro who gave us exceptional sales service. He gave us a quote with current promotions and noted that in a few days that another promotion would be eligible. With just an email and a friendly telephone conversation, kitchen appliances were ordered. Thanks for your attention to detail and the additional savings Brian!

Not a good experience with TA Appliance . It has been an emotionally draining experience dealing with the delays and no proactive measure to solve customer situation at all . we booked all appliances in our new home with TA . every single transaction had a problem . today after multiple follow up a dish washer was delivered and it is supposedly new as per TA . but i see proof of usage inside the delivered unit (water and debris) . i haven’t connected it yet .

Bought a washer and dryer (Maytag), told delivery and setup was included in price. Overlooked the fact that we wanted a gas dryer, so had to reorder one, but it would take 6 weeks as supply chain is backed up. Washer is delivered and setup. 6 weeks later sales guy emails and instructs me to set up a time to come and pick up my dryer. I emailed and phoned for two weeks solid to explain that we were promised delivery and setup, (I'm talking to you, George). Finally, a manager decides to answer me and setup a delivery time, however, informs me that they will not setup gas dryer. Another $130. Now, in January and the washer quit working. A part is needed, but will take 5-10 business days to even get here (fat chance on that happening). After dealing with the children on front desk, we went to the store to talk to someone in charge. No solution other than "oh well" was offered. We then spoke to a Manager, who "managed" to avoid helping us as well. Absolutely no Customer Service at all. I want to support the small, independent businesses in the area, but after all of this, we would have been better off buying from Lowes. Their price point and policies on warranty are much better.

I have been to this store for first time before few weeks when I was looking for appliances. When I visited store at first look I thought this is small store and would not have much to offer. But after speaking with representatives (John), he offered lot of different options and items. He also ensured that I get the deal in my interest with getting confidence that I would not be able to get better deal anywhere else than their store. I am glad that I did visit there store and able to get all appliances I was looking for. I was also promised to get delivery of equipment in 3 days and they kept their promise. I highly recommend everyone to make purchase from this store. Their service is fantastic and they are not just there to sell you their products but give good option as well.

I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator almost 2 years ago. The fridge came with 3 dents in the one door. T&A convinced my wife to keep the fridge and they would replace the door. As I already mentioned that was close to 2 years ago. After calling them every week and actually going into the store I still have had no one care about dealing with my issue. Whatever you do...DO NOT BUY anything from this company ever.
