They told me about two months and offered me a loaner until it comes in! Can’t get that type of service from a big box store! When I receive my stove I will comment again but if you are in the market for a new appliance I highly recommend these guys! Support local they are the heart of our city ❤️

They arrange for the gas fitter to come and disconnect the old dryer and re-connect the new dryer. There delivery drivers take my old one away and didn't hit anything were very careful and made sure I was happy before they left. Very positive experience better than buying from the big box stores. Support local business. Will refer them to anyone looking for appliances. Keep up the great service.

After checking around in Waterloo Region & the perverbial COVID supply issues from many places I ended up calling KW Appliance Plus. Dawn gave me 3 recommended models to review that were available. The next day we met her in store to review her recommendations & selected the KitchenAid model. She was very friendly, patient, informative, & answered all our questions never feeling rushed into a decision. In the end she made all the arrangement for delivery, removal/disposal of the old diswasher & installation of the new one. This all took place within a week & the pricing was very competitive along with the installation fees. We were very impressed with Dawn & the whole team at KW & for sure they will be the 1st place we will go in the fututure for our appliance needs. Thank you for appreciating our business at a family friendly run company.

She ended up having as issue with her oven and Karen was wonderful with helping her get things resolved, as was Dawn. Karen followed up with my Mom every step of the way and Dawn did with me to keep me in the loop. My Mom's issue was resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any appliance purchases So much better than trying to deal with a big box store. There is no way my Mom would have received the excellent service she did with a big box store. They were concerned and caring and we can't thank them enough for all they did. Please support K-W Appliance Plus, a family owned local business. I would never go anywhere else for our appliance needs Hands down the best in Waterloo region!

I was shopping around for a washer and dryer and doing the research on the make/model that I was interested in. Once I found out the price was roughly the same at most appliance stores, I decided to deal with KW Appliance Plus because their reviews were really good and they are local family co. instead of big box store. Will be doing a kitchen reno next spring and will definitely go to them to get them.

I checked their website and found some viable options. I reached out and had an order placed and ready to be picked up by us the next day. Circumstances changed our ability to do a pickup and they easily accommodated. I had a new machine in my home mid afternoon the next day. Fair pricing for everything and the delivery men were super efficient, clean and very nice. It was easy to deal with Dawn and I had an awesome experience dealing with their entire crew. Thanks for the service. We will be back whenever new appliances are needed!
