Neeraj Sadhu from Kitchener appliance department did an excellent job. Kept us informed at all the time and was very helpful answering questions and make our experience great. Hope to get same customer service after delivery as well. Due to this experience we bought our furniture as well from Tepperman's

He was not at all pushy and helped me pick out the perfect everything! He made the whole process so comfortable band easy. Delivery took about a month but the delivery guys were really great too. They were so friendly and professional. They brought everything in and set it up so all I had to do was make the bed! I will definitely be shopping here again!

I loved that he is not a pushy sales representative and also allowed room for me to make my own decisions at my own pace. Richard was the sales associate who helped me during my visit- he really went above and beyond in listening to exactly what I needed, and taking time to explore all available options to me. I didn't feel as though he was trying to push just anything on me- he was thoughtful and mindful about my preferences. He even followed up with me the next day when an item became in stock. If you want to work with someone who will have your best interest in mind- I would HIGHLY recommend seeking out Richard. Thanks again!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly while also knowing how to keep distance for us to ultimately choose for ourselves. I recommend everyone to take a look and see what they have; not only to support a relatively small chain, but also because the products and prices are solid. After selecting, delivery cost is worth it for large (or multiple) selections. And there's financing for a reasonable cost too. Like I said, worth a look.

I was initially worried I wouldn't get a very high approval amount but Patrick, the salesman I dealt with, gave me a rundown of the credit application and I gave it a go. Patrick was incredibly patient and helpful. I got an approval and he helped me find the best mattress to suit my needs and it was on sale too. I also expressed I was in need of a coffee table and he helped me find one that was a great deal. He asked if I was in the market for anything else and when I joked about a PS5 he checked to see if they had some. They didn't, but he was able to bring me to another associate to get on a wait list. Once that was done, he finalized the deal on my new mattress and coffee table - and he made a point to say if I could pick up the coffee table I'd save on a delivery fee for my items. I found Patrick to be very helpful and friendly. Ultimately, I got a new mattress and coffee table for 0% interest and no set monthly rates over a 3 year term. The only catch is, if I don't pay it off in 3 years it can be extended to a 4th year but interest would be added. (Very fair deal and manageable for me, and they were totally transparent about this!) I would definitely recommend getting your furniture from this location and I would strongly recommend you ask for Patrick as if it wasn't for him I don't think I would've had such an amazing experience.
R	Ramak Jafarnejad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The warranty is based on what is mentioned by the sales person: "..if the mattress sags in the center more than 1" we will replace the mattress no questioned asked.." My parents are retired and they just wanted to replace an old one that was good and lasted over 6yrs with a new one. Pretty simple... well... NOT so simple! After 8 months the mattress being a Kingsdown Firm type, it has sagged a lot to the point that by parents are waking up with a bad back and stuck together in the center of the bed. Tepperman's sent out a specialist to do a string test on the mattress and the results were that the sagging in the center was over 2 inches and some places 3 inches. The report was sent to customer service.. The same day my parents get a call back and I took the call. We were informed that the mattress will NOT be replaced.... Hmmm!?!?!? Why?? Due to BAD SUPPORT....!!! what?? That was NEVER mentioned at the time of purchase or on any paper. So... the conclusion is that there are 2 major factors involved under the warranty for a full no questions asked policy: 1. The sagging of 1" or over 2. Proper support (The one they DON'T mention) If my parents we told at the time when in the store that it's very beneficial to make sure that you have a good support under this new mattress. Defiantly they would have taken the extra step and spent more money to assure that what they are buying from a furniture store would last more then 8 months. Get a New or Good support and sleep well & happy... to avoid any warranty issues down the road.

He was running around the store, measuring things for me and answering all sorts of questions within minutes. The bed frame we purchased was at the store within a couple days. It is a beautiful, well-made piece of furniture. Will be shopping here again!
