@ HUSAM A Sorry to hear about your impression about your visit to the clinic, but they have signs everywhere asking customers not to visit the clinic without an appointment. It's not fair for them getting judged while trying to keep you and other people safe from contracting the virus. If people show up without appointments at the same time, this may lead to unfortunate outcomes to your family and to other people as well. They were just trying to avoid crowds, and following public health guidelines should not be considered rude by any means.

Dr. Satbir Singh is the best in town. Knowledgeable, experienced.

Dr. Singh is a very kind, compassionate and soft spoken doctors I have ever come across. He listens and provides the best solution/medication as per requirements. However, the receptionist is extremely rude and does not give respect to patients at all. She needs to be sympathetic as per her job requirement and must be humble and polite when talking to patients or their family members. She is intimidating every time I am trying to talk to her. I wish doctor can pay attention to this important aspect of his clinic. thank you so much for reading this.

I'm editing to add after having a new family physician and having my eyes opened that while Dr. Singh has wonderful bedside manner and cares about his patients he doesn't take the initiative to actually figure out what's going on with his patients or follow up with them, order tests etc. He just kind of does the bare minimum, he does it kindly and truly listens to you but once you leave the office you're very out of sight out of mind. I think he's a good doctor for anyone in generally good health but for anyone with a chronic condition I would look elsewhere for someone more involved. It's really difficult because Dr. Singh is by far one of the best family physicians I have ever encountered. I would stick with him till the ends of the earth if not for how his staff run the clinic. Receptionists simply do not care one iota about patients. I have been screamed at and hung up on on multiple occasions by one, and the other constantly lies about when things will be taken care of. They all consistently tell you outright that you're not a priority because you're not in person in the clinic. They constantly lose faxes or lie about receiving them. And god forbid if you have an emergent situation there is absolutely no one to contact and chances are their office is suddenly closed with no warning. I'm having to consider switching doctors when I absolutely do not want to lose Dr. Singh, simply because of how his staff are. Sucks.

The receptionist seemed like a dumb person who has no presence of mind. I went there with my Mother in law and since she is from states, she had no health card. She very rudely asked me about her details and was trying to act very intimidating, but I am not intimidated by stupidity. Anyways, she spoke with me as if I was some kind of criminal for not having a health card for her. She didn't even tell us the procedure to get the appointment. I sat there waiting for her like an hour and when I went back to ask her, then she registrated us. I have a question for her, do you have no presence of mind to ask why two people are waiting in lobby without any registration? Shouldn't you be concerned about why people are sitting there? So annoying. I am giving three stars only because the doctors here are very nice and humble and they seem like they genuinely care about their patients, whether they are their regulars or first timers. Dr. Singh spoke very nicely with my mother in law and was very patient while talking with her.

You must register for the walk-in clinic between 10-11am. Cannot just walk-in during their posted hours of operation. Please update your business hours and website with correct information.

Two stars because I was there back in 2020 and doc was very helpful and thorough. After reading some of the other reviews, I’m really starting to wonder how management can just overlook all the unprofessional interactions their receptionists conduct. I experienced their ill-mannered, impertinent selves first-hand, both over the phone and in-person back in 2020 and today. Never have I seen someone have so much confidence in their job security to just conduct themselves the way they do. I’d be flying out the door at my job for speaking to anyone in that manner.

Dr.Singh is a thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable physician. He has a proactive/preventative approach and is very patient and kind towards his patients. I’ve switched my entire family to his practice, and have also recommended him to friends and neighbors. His office is clean and secretaries are friendly and organized. The pharmacy is conveniently located next door, and the Pharmacist Michael is also very patient, caring and knowledgeable. I’ve been a registered nurse for 23 years and recognize quality care when I see it - rest assured, will find that at Huron Crossing Medical Clinic.
