Good and understanding doctor, but the only problem is the wait time. It will usually take atleast 3 hrs to see the Doctor even if you have a scheduled appointment. If you're lucky enough to be the first few clients you are good. I had an appointment at 10:15am and had to wait 3 hrs. Another lady who came with her 2 children had an appointment at 11am was told they would see her at 3pm. I think they line you up the same as walk ins even if u have an appointment. Just be ready to wait few hrs lol

When you're able to see the doctor, it's great. But trying to make an appointment is a nightmare. The main receptionist is rude, and a newer receptionist schedules appointments that can't be filled - appointments outside of clinic hours, and call backs during in-person hours, etc. Don't bother trying to call first thing when they open either, they never pick up their phones in the first hour when I've tried for the last several weeks.

I don’t like leaving negative ratings however the office staff here are very disorganized. I’ve had several issues with appointments being set only to show up and have them unaware of the appointment. Being told that prescriptions were faxed to the pharmacy but the pharmacy never gets them. The phone system is very scratchy and hard to hear the receptionist. Just overall very unorganized.

This is by far the worst walk-in clinic I have ever been to and let me explain why. First and foremost, Privacy. When I called in to request information regarding my file the Receptionist staff asked for my DOB and then said, β€œIs this Sarah”? I know this may seem minor but I now know someone named Sarah with my DOB visits that clinic in the Cambridge area, anyone with any computer knowhow could use this information to find out more. When I addressed this with one of the Doctors over a phone call, he expressed he was also concerned with client privacy and would speak to this staff member. Fast forward two weeks and I went in to visit the clinic. My jaw literally hit the floor when the lady asked me the exact same thing when pulling up my file; β€œIs this Sarah?” This leaves me wondering did the Doctor even speak to his or, does she just not care. Second client follow up. I visited the clinic on a Monday for a requisition, by Thursday I started calling the clinic to follow up. First day of follow up (Thursday) call several times rings out to voice mail; I did not leave a message. Second Day (Friday) Call several times no answer; leave voice mail. Third Day (Monday) I call in at opening 10AM SHARP, FINALLY someone answers. She explains she can get the doctor to call me later between 3-5pm; Perfect!! No one calls. Forth Day (Tuesday) I call again 10AM, the receptionist explains to me that the doctor did indeed call but the number I provided them is β€œno longer good”. I explained to the lady that this is impossible as I have had this number for over 15 years, she read out my number only to discover that a 1 was entered incorrectly as a 4. I asked why they didn’t pull my handwritten personal application which they have you complete upon registration to confirm my phone number, or the day prior confirm it as I was requesting a call back, or common sense look at the caller ID when I called in to see if it matched the system. The receptionist continued to say throughout the call that the number wasn’t good, and did not seem to have any care or urgency about my health. I tried to explain to the receptionist how the breach of privacy and lack of care for my health was disheartening and concerning and she accused me of being aggressing and yelling, threatening to hang up the phone. I am sorry lady but I take my health seriously and by this point there certainly was some passion behind what I was saying for me and everyone else that might visit your clinic (Like Sarah) ; Aggressive and yelling, I certainly was not. I hung up the phone with the receptionist and immediately called back to request the name of the lady I was speaking to so that I could give this feedback to the Doctor. When I asked her for only her first name her response was β€œI don’t need to give you that”. EXCUSE ME?! I now know Sarah lives in Cambridge, with the same DOB because of you and you won’t even give me you first name?!?! I spoke to the Doctor provided all my feedback and well obviously not much changed based on my previous remarks. He explained it would be 5-6 months before the req is filled, so he arranged for me to have the requisition done at the clinic, I thought finally some good bed side manners. Fast forward two weeks and the lady near had me crying. She was so rude, wouldn’t entertain any of my questions, I was desperate I finally had a real person to ask not google and she simply said to me in a condescending and rude tone, β€œI have 93 other exams I have to do today, I did my exam, wait for results.” Took everything in my power to not break down right there and cry. If this is how she treat her patients while they are having to be vulnerable, I hope to God she never examines a survivor of abuse, she would certainly cause more trauma. I regret not saying something in the moment about her poor attitude and unacceptable attitude for all those who don’t have the strength or courage to stand up to people like her.

The worst receptionist ever, my daughter took her first vaccine there when she was 2 month old but after that they didn't book her next appointment or picked up the phone when I called to book or returned my many messages. It's hard to get a family doctor in Ontario currently and that the only reason am staying with them and still trying to contact them! It's so frustrating to wait this long when it's about your child.

I like this clinic. They can always accommodate my appointments within a day or two. When I arrive I never wait more than 10 mins to see the doctor. It isn’t a busy clinic. The doctor is careful not to over prescribe antibiotics from my experience, which is better for your child in the long run.

Excellent experience with all the staff- receptionists and thorough, caring and very skilled Doctors at this clinic. Doctor Ali Alkafaji is wonderful in dealing with my concerns. I have been coming here for the last 9 months and my care has been exceptional. If my Doctor is not available I am able to see another Doctor The doctors listen to my concerns, follow through with referrals, and I feel secure in putting my health into their care. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Went for an appointment for a checkup I have dealt with the receptionist before and I find them unprofessional and rude over the phone. Even in person while they are speaking to you checking etc the phone rings instead of answering the phone and asking them to hold they continue to speak on the phone while you stand there completely stunned by how rude that is. Your patient that you’re dealing with at the moment is important the person on the phone can patiently wait until you finish checking someone in. Then you’re called into the room that you have witnessed another patient come out and not be cleaned! There was a mess all over the paper and table! I had to tell the staff that the room isn’t clean and it needs to be cleaned. In a world that we are supposed to be cautious and making sure to not spread diseases and virus’ they’re clearly lacking in proper disinfection protocols.
