★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a shopping trip with my mom to this location. She's getting older and is easily confused. The staff here showed more patience and understanding than even I am capable of, especially the girl called Emily, and the big dude with the price gun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dundas Street Shoppers Drug Mart is an excellent drug store. It has a very good pharmacy. It also has a very good selection of food and beverage items. There are also magazines, vitamins, and many other things to buy.
The store is clean and the staff are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regularly messing up prescriptions. Often over charging. Takes a long time to fill. Always a wait. One lady that works the pharmacy desk never has a clue to what’s going on and always has to get help to find your meds or answer questions. She always seems clueless or overwhelmed if there’s 1 person in line. The actual pharmacist is good and helpful. I’ve had to wait up to an hour in store for medication. Communication is poor and customer service needs improvement. I’m considering changing pharmacies. When I use to have them deliver they would open the door if left unlocked and toss the medication onto the floor. Many times I didn’t hear this and would find my dogs with it! I only pick up from the store now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible pharmacy experience yet again! Poor organization and what infuriates me is they out and out lie about when prescription will be ready... really brutal when it's time sensitive medications!! I will never support this pharmacy again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, every time we went there. The medicine shelf’s are always empty. Even hard to find children Tylenol. Don’t know, why they don’t stock up. It’s better to visit Zehra’s then coming to this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible pharmacy. Can never reach them and they never have prescriptions ready on time. There have been many times they have sent me home with the wrong prescription and their staff are incredibly uneducated. Completely unorganized. I also have witnessed many times people sitting around and simply not answering the phone.
