d	dan gibb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Journeyman auto mechanic who I will not name completely installed the wrong part on my wives car. He knew it was wrong and actually admitted it but told her he did it becasue she was in a hurry and needed to get the car out for her. Completely unexcepable and will not return for any business in the future. Was charged 230 dollar for one rear sway bar. I eneded up changing both for her for 40 dollars in 20 minutes.

Went there in December and the security guard (who looked high school age and very arrogant) was very rude to me and my partner while I was looking for the replacement light for my car. He complained that my friend had a backpack and then commented on the size of my purse as well. I carry this purse everywhere and it was the only occasion when someone complained - I am a woman, am I not supposed to carry a purse with me in the store? After forgetting about this experience, went there again recently just to experience rudeness from stuff again (they basically had me move away from the isle while I was shopping because they had to push a large pallet through - without even saying sorry or excuse me or even acknowledging me being there). I like Canadian Tire, but this particular store has such poorly trained stuff, and I felt insulated both times when I was going there.

The staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. The cashier was super happy and thanked me for my business. I will make this my preferred store!

Cashier who initially helped was very nice very pleasant natured , forgot to get her name but indeed very welcoming.Been visiting occasionally definitely a fantastic place to get items . Online services are easy to access and pick up as well !
I	Inga O. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this location Friday evening December 17, 2021 and for the first time in a very long time I've experienced what good old days of true genuine customer care service used to be like. I dealt with Darlene who was an absolute gem of a human being, friendly, helpful and demonstrated customer service skills I only remember being in practice, again, two decades ago. Sadly those good customer service days seem to be gone. Then, by random luck you meet someone as sweet and kind as Darlene. There were two other associates who helped me as well, a young gentleman who helped me load 7 heavy bags of wood pellets into my vehicle and another young lady (blonde hair) working at the customer service desk who greeted me initially. Sadly I did not pick up their names. I hope their hard work during these very difficult times is noticed by their employer and rewarded accordingly. Retail is by far one of the most challenging jobs these days as these people face a lot of abuse from customers, most often uncalled for. I thank them for their wonderful spirit, professionalism and true customer service skills. We never get a second chance at a first impression, and their first impression is one that I will always remember. People will always forget what you said and what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel because words cannot replace feelings. I.O.

CANNOT BE TRUSTED Went in to have a simple sway bar replaced, their 30 year senior mechanic installs it completely incorrect...then tries to lie after I had asked them to repair the incorrect install...then their mechanic admits its the wrong sway bar !?!?!?! Not one single person took accountability or even apologized from Joe at the shop desk to their store manager Paul. Had to have my car repaired elsewhere!!! The mechanic at the new shop couldnt believe the part they tried to put on...way too large and rubbing on my coil spring bracket..which could cause further damage DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE
