Usually find what I need that a lot of the big box stores are often out off. Called several times to have my order held for me or checked to see if they could transfer in. Great service.

Me and 3 sales people couldn't find the dog food bag placed in front of our noses?? So funny!? What a hoot that was!? Thankyou so much!?

They make it hard to do a return compared to stores like Canadian tire. I tried to return it just 2 hours after we bought it, since it didn't suit our need. Poor customer service. Won't buy again

Online ordering and pickup of chicken and rabbit feed and bedding is always fast and friendly.

Attempted to shop at the Cambridge location. Store was very disorganized for 11:00am. Online it stated 2 items left in stock. Asked for help and was directed to the back. No items were left according to staff. Still showing 2 items after 12:00pm. Will shop elsewhere from now on.

Great selection of pet products, garden supplies & decor, farm supplies etc. Been here a few times and absolutely love it here! Great friendly staff! There is also shirts, fishing, and home goods here aswell! Lots of unique finds and great prices!

Went in twice. They had there annual sale event. I've always liked this store. Staff is helpful & polite , I've never had bad service. The young man that helped me Sunday was excellent. Even showed me something I never noticed. ? The young woman that helped me Monday ( today ) may 2nd. She was also great , helpful , polite. They both had smiles. 5⭐ ?.. thx u. ? No I'm not a farmer , there's more in the store. It has trade items as well. Work clothes & boots , hand tools, power tools, safety clothes , CSA apparel. & yes it has certain farming & animal products. Not my area of expertise the animal items. It has a good EDC case & hunting knives. I purchased 2 as well. I'm an EDC guy. I have found great ones in this store since it's opening. It's a great store. I purchased work boots ( S-toe rubbers ) The Mock rubbers. Sunday afternoon. Comfurtable, well designed, CSA approved. Just a reminder this company also makes normal rubber boots with out the steel toe cap. Make sure u see the CSA on the label of the box for the safety version. ? Today May 2nd I went back in for safety boots , I got them now just because they were on sale. I purchased Dewalt 6" CSA safety boots , they have a Timbaland vibe to them. Not my normal but I liked them. Also found a pair of work pants, camo print cargos, neon green safety strip on the legs. They seem very light & should be great for hot days. Over all a great experience as always. ? Found wht I was looking for & a few other things I wasn't. But am happy to have found them. I didn't wear a mask, social distance was maintained by everyone I saw in the store , Store was clean. ? U can wear a mask if u like , no one is against mask wearing so feel free to wear one if u want.
