Didn't like the wood they picked out because it was warped and cracked.. asked if they could open a new bundle instead of picking the best of the worst that had already been picked over and was told fine pick it yourself then with a ton of attitude! Will never go back! Just go to Home Depot or Lowes or anywhere else!
D	Dwayne LugNutz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have built SEVERAL projects through this particular Turkstra Lumber location, including a 2 storey bunk house a few years ago, the prices are always on par if not better then the big name stores and its "always" quality lumber & materials no matter what the project was. On top of this you always feel valued as a customer at this store. I can not honestly think of any bad points to this store. I strongly recommend if your building a project, come here first before you buy else where!

Also they were taking lots of precautions towards covid. Would definitely recommend and will go there in a heartbeat if I ever need lumber again.

Helped me build a relatively complicated deck/fence/gate combo and were just an email away during the entire project. Lumber was in beautiful shape, and any pieces that weren't up to snuff were returned without any hassle. Well worth the pricing.

No body else in this town sells it. Or to busy to check to see if they even sell it. And they cut to the size for me. Thx again Turkstra.
M	Melissa Patterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the service and staff! Phillip in the lumberyard was extremely helpful. We were there on Saturday May 21 (the day of the big storm). Phillip was on his way across the lumberyard in an uncovered forklift when the heavy rain started. This young man didn’t even flinch and still proceeded to load up our lumber in the heavy rain/tornado. We bought him pizza for lunch. To the management at Turkstra: Phillip deserves a raise! We are customers for life! I didn’t catch her name but the lady at the counter was really friendly and patient. I’m not very knowledgeable about lumber but she knew exactly what I needed. She also has a great sense of humour and I love that! Thanks for the service, see you again soon
