I ordered some Dewalt 20V Max tools on Tuesday this week that were in stock which I was hoping to get delivered by the weekend. I sent an email asking to prioritize...10 minutes later I receive a phone call from one of their team members that live close to me that he was heading to Cambridge on the Thursday and could pick them up for me and deliver to my house personally...which he did on last night!
That is amazing Customer Service!!!

Stood around for 20 plus minutes before I received any service , staff wasn't interested in selling me something that needed to be order in!
Some staff aren't very personable , seems like you are inconvenienceing them!
Went to home depot for a better service and cheaper price on a stock item.
Live and learn I guess

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order while the store was on the christmas shut down and as soon as they opened after the shutdown my order was completed and shiped. the order was completed on Wednesday shiped the same day and arrived on Thursday as prommised. will be ordereding from them again

When I first called, she said she would check and call me back. She did that day, then again the next day! Amazing customer service. I will shop here again.
