★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organized? Not in the least... They loose all your contact information (even though you left two phone numbers, an email and even attached them to the item) then act like you were ignoring them and don't want your repair when it is ready. They tell you they will call when they have an estimate, but again see above (no call). You call every week trying to get an update, no update. Then they accuse you of not paying, after you picked up your item and left payment information, because their system was down.
AVOID. Plus they are expensive.
