★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to change my review. Started out good and went downhill from purchase. PDI on new truck I'm sure wasn't done. Service department is not the least bit helpful. Most likely my worst dealer experience ever! Not completely sure I'll purchase another Kenworth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give negative stars as service is the poorest. They missed the job to do on my truck and left it in bad numbers and then when I got problem they turn their back. They rebuilt my motor and never fix fuel numbers to required ones. When I complain service manager turned out rude. Worst place for your truck service, not trustworthy. Stay away.
