I called this clinic on Friday afternoon, April 29 2022 at approximately 5:20 pm to see if they would accept me if I came in (if they were too busy to see someone because they close at 8 pm, however, if they were too busy I will keep looking for somewhere to go.). I was advised by the receptionist it was okay for me to come in if I got there within 25 to 30 minutes. I arrived at 5:45 pm. I had a concern about a tear in my left eye. When I got there, I was asked to fill out a registration for β€œWaterloo: KW: Westmount Place” I did fill it out and presented it to reception. Note, this form is wrong and not for the location I attended and the Westmount Place location is temporarily closed. I presented my paperwork and the lady at reception look at it, looked up at me and then said β€œCan you go to Onyx Clinic?”. WHAT????? I looked at her and said I called specifically and asked if it was ok to come here and the receptionist I spoke to said sure, come in and I drove all the way out here. And she said β€œI’m sorry” so I left. How does this happen? Why is there no accountability and do the doctors even know what is going on out front at reception? Why doesn't your website list the doctors who work there? Why doesn't your website state whom we can contact if we have a problem with reception? Because there was nothing noted, I am placing this review on google. I ended up going straight to the hospital. I would appreciate a response and suggest you provide information on your website as to who patients can contact if there are issues. I further recommend your staff receive appropriate training so they can professionally manage potential patients. Completely unacceptable!

Just went in to get a one step TB test and was turned away. It’s not even 6:30 and they’re open until 8pm… when I asked why as they’re open, I was told they’ve reached their patient capacity for the day. Excuse me? Then adjust your hours so you’ll close by a time you reach the β€œcapacity”. No wonder the reviews are so low for this clinic. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Went there for an ear infection 11 months ago. Haven't gone since. The people were very helpful and it ended quickly. We got our note for which medicine to buy and went to the pharmacy to buy it. The clinic was very helpful.

Called ahead to see if they were accepting patients still. They said yes and said I would be 10 minutes away. They said it was fine. Got there and they said it was full. 2 times now I have gotten there 3 hours before their closing time and had full patients. They don't care.

I went to the clinic on March 11 around 6 pm . The girl at the front desk was so helpful and nice. This is one of the best clinics I have visited. I will visit the clinic again and recommend others also to visit it. Very good environment of the clinic.

Honestly if you are not dying or you can manage urself please don't visit this clinic. I waited 4 hrs today , staffs were telling patients before me always. I understand long wait is expected.But 4 hrs is way too much. Will never ever visit this clinic again. Horrible wait I have never encountered in Ontario. But strongly to mention the lady doctor was very kind. Diagnosed Me very well.. She was very sweet.

Have had great experiences with the Doctors but the desk staff is a bit rude and incompetent. Both my son and I registered to see the Dr together in the same room, they only brought a chart for my son which meant the Dr was not able to see me as a patient, when the Dr was done with my son I mentioned it to the desk that I didn't get my appointment and they were not pleasant to deal with, I left as the wait room was already full. I won't say it's a bad clinic - but may recommend some customer service training for the front desk staff

Signed in at 10:28am, there were 5 people ahead of me. Was told 45 min wait. Came back after the 45 mins and 2 people ahead of me were still waiting however 3 of the people who signed in after me had already been seen. I asked if they had had appointments and was told no. Asked why they were seen first and the receptionist ignored me. A lady with a small child had been signed in for a while before me and was still waiting. When she questioned the receptionist, she was snarled at and told to basically be quiet. It is now 2 hours after I signed in and I am still waiting even though I was assured I was next for the last hour. Receptionist has been telling people 45 min wait !!! What a joke. Understand when your busy but take people as they come , not with who you feel you want to let in. I was assured when I left that I would not lose my place in line.
