I have taken her some places to shop lately , one of them being a competitor of this store . Needless to say they were less than concerned over assisting my mother. Before I brought my mother into this location I talked to the staff and felt that they would be helpful. My mom was treated like gold, assisted, accommodated, and cared for from beginning to end. I have never been more impressed with a retail staff as I was at this location. They didn’t know whether Mom would end up buying something or not but they didn’t care, they were concerned that her time in the store was comfortable for her and that she felt valued as a guest. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back
M	My Favorite's on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly our last visit was horrible. Unhelpful staff, I felt very unwelcome. I asked for a dressing room, while in the dressing room I unfortunately over heard staff members speaking about other co-workers and it sounds like a very toxic work environment. Was forced to shop at a out of town location, where I was welcomed, treated fairly, was wish to have a fabulous day

She suggested something I tried it on and I bought 2 of the suggested kind because its truly a comfortable tshirt bra. Spent 20 minutes 5 looking 10 trying on 5 to pay. I even made my bus.

My shopping here is so pleasant and satisfying. Shelley makes you feel like a queen and never grumbles about looking for another dize, colour or style! Penningtons Boardwalk is lucky to have her!!!

I wasn't asked if I needed any help or if I needed to use the fitting rooms to try on anything. I won't be back to the location. I'll drive 40 minutes to Guelph to that location as have amazing service there.
K	Kassianna Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to do a bra exchange and Karen was AMAZING! Give this woman a raise! She was sweet, kind, funny, and exceptionally helpful! Buying a bra is hard and sometimes embarrassing and she made me feel very comfortable. She brought in multiple styles and sizes to make sure I found the right one. When we found the right size, she then ordered the two styles straight to my home since they didn’t have them in store. She made for a very lovely experience and I will definitely be asking for her next time I’m in. Thanks again!
